Mulberry Court benefits from attractive décor, large landscaped gardens with outdoor seating and a range of modern facilities. Our activities coordinators work hard to provide a variety of activities to meet every individual’s needs, based around their preferences and lifestyle choices. Activities include day trips using our own minibus, themed evenings and visiting entertainment.

Types of care

We provide care services for older people needing support and the availability of qualified nurses 24 hours a day. It is important to everyone working at Mulberry Court that our home celebrates difference and individuality, and supports people to maintain as much independence as possible. Care plans are designed in consultation with the resident and, where appropriate, their family. Recognising that each resident has their own, individual needs, the care is tailored to personal requirements and preferences, and reviewed regularly to identify any changes or adjustments. Our latest CQC inspection resulted in a 'Good' across all five of the criteria we are rated against.

Hello, my name is Rachael and I am the General Manager here at Mulberry Court. Welcome to our Website!

I have worked in the social care industry for over 20 years and I joined the Barchester family in July 2022. I have returned to East Riding following my husband’s completion of 35 years royal naval service and semi-retirement, we are so pleased to be back in our home county to spend time with family and our young granddaughter.

I was recognised and awarded Hampshire’s care home manager of the year in 2020 for fantastic leadership and commitment to the social care sector and I am delighted to have joined the family here at Mulberry Court to share my knowledge and experience.

I am passionate about person centred care and getting out and about locally with the residents and looking forward to getting to know everyone individually. ‘Being a manager is not just a job it’s a way of life and everyone in my care is treated like family’.
