Worplesdon View is a purpose-built 78-bed home offering nursing and residential care, as well as personalised dementia care. Our highly qualified and dedicated team work hard to ensure the highest quality of care, based on the latest research and tailored to each individual’s needs.
We provide specialist support for individuals living with dementia in our bespoke Memory Lane Communities where care is focused on independence, dignity and choice, with a person centred approach. We have also invested in a 'Magic Table' for our home, an interactive light projector designed to support people living with dementia through mentally and physically stimulating games.
The whole home has been designed with older people in mind, from the sofas and chairs in the living rooms, spacious and en-suite bedrooms, to the well-tended and secure gardens. Residents all have access to a sociable coffee area, hair salon and a beautifully-maintained garden. Throughout the home there is a range of communal and dining facilities to suit people who enjoy socialising, as well as those who prefer quieter activities.

Hi, my name is Graham Allen, and I have the pleasure of serving as the Senior General Manager here at Worplesdon View.
I bring a wealth of experience in both commercial and operational aspects of healthcare facilities, gained across diverse healthcare settings in the UK and my native South Africa. My career has predominantly focused on operational and strategic roles, particularly within the private healthcare sector, where Barchester is a leading provider.
As an experienced General Manager, my foremost passion lies in delivering exceptional, personalised care to our residents. I strive to ensure the highest standards of support from every member of the Worplesdon View team, empowering residents to live fulfilling lives.
