Activities at Worplesdon View
The activities team at Worplesdon View organise and run activities and events for large groups, small groups and individual residents. We include relatives, volunteers and the remaining staff whenever possible and encourage choice and participation from everyone we support. Our programme is planned in advance and is is designed provide tailored, meaningful activities for residents to participate in that will stimulate all senses, whist encouraging mental and physical well-being. We have an activity plan for all residents, and of course, this changes with the needs of each person to keep it up-to-date and useful. Worplesdon View is a fun and dynamic place to live and work, and the secret to this is that everyone is encouraged to see activities as part of their role in the home so that residents are happy and always have something to do.

Dazzling Show
The power duo, Claire and Nev. Never fails to put on a dazzling show and a smile in our residents' faces. It was a great experience for everyone.
River Cruise
Put your thumbs up because, it’s that time of the year again! The most awaited River Wey Cruise is here. Residents and staff members had a boat trip together, while enjoying the nice weather.
Summer Fair
We invited families, friends and members of the local community to join us for our annual summer fair. Everyone has lots of fun!
Enjoying the Weather
We made the most of the recent beautiful weather by enjoying some afternoon tea and ice lollies whilst taking in the mesmerising surrounding at Newlands Corner.
Getting Creative
Residents are always keen the get their hands dirty during out arts and crafts sessions. They love to create new things and give wings to their imaginations.
Fun in the Sun
Residents love to get out into the garden as much as possible, and they have been having lots of fun in the sun due to the recent bout of good weather.
