The Mount is a wonderfully run care home. The residents are well cared for and have lots of fab activities to keep them mentally and physically active. The staff are very caring and friendly, with a brilliant sense of humour too. All the residents are happy and well cared for, it’s an absolute pleasure to visit.

Corrina is lovely. Very nice young girl at office even when seems busy, takes time to speak and smile with me and others without rushing.

We realized mum needed residential care after months in and out of hospital.

In March, mum joined Bedewell Grange for respite care. She initially found it difficult to decide to become permanent. I can’t praise Rebecca (manager) and all staff enough for all they did to help mum transition to Bedewell after living in her own house.

The Bedewell Grange building is a well thought out design with a large garden - all areas are kept immaculate and inviting. The daily activities are well planned, varied and cater for all abilities. Mum has particularly enjoyed interacting with ‘Honey’ the dog (who visits during the day), gardening club, washing Honey, pumpkin carving, Elvis tribute days, and bingo to name just a few.

All members of staff are professional, personable and caring. They have made Bedewell feel like home for Mum and are always welcoming and obliging for family members. We are especially grateful for the way staff eased Mums adjustment to her new circumstances. Thank you Team Bedwell!

Kings Park is simply amazing. My Nan has been a resident on memory lane for a few years now and has been beautifully cared for from day one. Nan is happy, settled & enjoys so many different activities daily.

The staff are incredible! They’re so friendly, attentive, loving and know all the residents so well. Every time we visit we’re greeted with smiles, conversation & nothing is ever too much to ask.

If you wish for your loved ones to be cared for how you’d care for them yourself, Kings Park is the place!

Simply stunning place, i was very impressed with the food presentation and the beautiful pavilion. The staff were all really nice and attentive and made sure i felt welcomed and well catered for. The Manager spent the time to come and see me and it felt very homely. Highly recommended

Coming in as a physical therapist, I always find the staff very helpful and eager to listen how they can further help/assist the residents. They always have plenty of activities on for residents as we as regular exercise suitable for all

I have been visiting Ross Court for almost a year, helping to provide a monthly service for one of the local churches. I am always so impressed with the level of care provided to the residents and the lovely warm and friendly atmosphere which seems to have the residents needs at the heart of everything.

Lawton Rise Care Home has provided great care for my precious Dad, Brian, who has suffered with dementia. Special thanks to Josh and especially to Claire Dudley whereby she always goes the extra mile to cater for the specific needs of my Dad's care. Dad has easily integrated into Lawton Rise and he feels safe, secure and protected with his dementia and specific nursing needs. He has been at Lawton Rise for approximately 3 years years and I cannot thank them enough.

Attended the menopause session held by Karen and i can honestly say it was an amazing experience . She was very professional throughout .
I enjoyed the meditation and learning how to do massage on the face which can help eleviate headaches and many symptoms of menopause .
I would highly recommend .
A very enjoyable couple of hours with a delicious fruit pkatter and banana cake provided by the chef in the kitchen .

I am very impressed with the friendly staff who make all feel welcome, including visitors. The reception area is very inviting and modern. Everything is kept clean and well-maintained, which must create a comfortable environment for the residents. The staff go above and beyond to help the residents. I am also very impressed at the amount of activities available for the residents to participate in, it's so good that they can still enjoy themselves and have fun together.

I write this after a visit to see my dear friend who joined the centre this month after a spell in hospital and years struggling at home to get the specialised care he needed. From the first moment I was greeted by a pleasant team at reception who were busy decorating for Halloween. I noticed not only how helpful and generous the staff were in general to visitors and to residents, but also how happy the environment was. The way the furniture and refreshment area is stocked felt like a hotel and the environment was clean and bright. When I asked if I could bring a salad in to share with my friend there was no objection and even the physio's (who were on their lunch break) stopped and suggested fetching a special table to fix to my friends wheelchair so he could eat in comfort. As I was leaving a cheerful staff member asked if we wanted to join the karaoke upstairs and although I had to leave, my friend agreed to the challenge and we parted in high spirits. If my friend was not here, getting the expert care that this place offers, his life would be so very different. Thank you to Rachael and all Awel y Mor team for helping change lives for those vulnerable with such health challenges. You've made life feel so much better for my friend.

My sister and I have been visiting ALICE GRANGE to entertain for a while now. We love working there. Penny gets everyone together for our special hour with the residents. The decorations for Halloween were brilliant. Its lovely to always be greeted by happy staff!

Generally, I am very disappointed with the level of service that my mother received whilst staying at Stoneham Grove for a period of two weeks. The actual building and furnishings are of high standard and my mother was comfortable in the home however there were many things that were frustrating and they were clearly short of staff.
Breakfast was very slow and she was left waiting for sometimes up to an hour for it to be delivered to her room.Portions at lunchtime we’re okay but not really to the high standard that we were expecting. Supper was served at 5 o’clock quite early on in the evening and the portion sizes were ridiculously small which left my mother quite hungry overnight.
The turnaround time of the laundry service was so slow and clothes were never returned to my mother‘s room in good time. We are still waiting for her clothing to be found & returned.
More concerning was the medication system whilst nurses failed to provide the medication at the accurate times my mother was used to and she was left frustrated and alarmed when medication was not administered at the expected times.

We provided a wheelchair for my mother and I had hoped that she would have been taken out to the garden to enjoy some fresh air while she was there but she was never taken.

In summary, I am very disappointed especially as this was an expensive care home. I would have hoped the care home managers to have been more responsive and dedicated to the care for my mother while she was there.

Tandridge Heights Memorial Care Home is a very well run care home. The staff are all very caring, respectful and very well trained. They go out of their way to help the occupants, and keep them entertained with various activities throughout the day. The meals are cooked to a highly professional standard and there is always a choice from the menu.

Where do i start, I can assure you every resident has the best care possible in Plas y Dderwen, the standard are the highest you will ever find. Everyone who works here is respectful and only has residents care and happiness in mind.

Lovely, peaceful, rural setting. Sited opposite the Church Of the Immaculate Conception & St John Of Beverley. Parking, including disabled bays. Such a lovely building and decor and has pleasant grounds, flowerbeds, and lots of outdoor seating and patio area with pleasant views. Not been open long. Really lovely, helpful staff. I called in today to visit someone and they appeared very comfortable, content and well cared for.
