A BIG thank you to Parley Place for welcoming us for the Ferndown Business Network Meeting this morning. You provided a wonderful breakfast in a beautiful setting, and it was a real pleasure to experience your home. It has a lovely, warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Been very good staff and offering hot drinks and snacks. It was a great feeling hours visiting.

My first visit to Parley Place, this morning, and I have to say that I was completely impressed by the entire experience. Michelle demonstrated the facility to me, and it was nothing short of a four-star hotel. In my twilight years, I should be looking shortly, for something like this, and if I end up here, I will very happy.

I frequently visit Trinity Manor. This is a beautiful home, the atmosphere when you enter is warm and inviting. Elizabeth, Kat and Paul in particular are very helpful and knowledgeable.

Overslade house is a really really nice house with lovely staff, very welcoming and kind, making sure all of our needs were taken care of ( paramedics).

Sophie and her brilliant team looked after mum so well these past 4 weeks. Thank you so much, she will miss you very much x

My father Peter has only recently arrived at Alice Grange Care Home and although we have yet to visit, the reviews for us to choose a suitable home have helped a lot.
From the initial enquiry to his admission we felt care, empathy and good understanding from all those involved.
The administrator Christine gave prompt and full explanation to our enquiries.
Our expectations have been fully met - infact exceeded!
This we have compared to other Care Home that have yet to respond to our requests.

My ukulele group Dee Ukes have provided entertainment to South Grange Care Home on several occasions. We always have a great time there and are made to feel very welcome. The residents are encouraged to join in with the singing and the staff are very attentive and encourage participation. We have always experienced a happy atmosphere in the home. We appreciate the positive feedback we get from residents and staff.
The main lounge is beautiful with tasteful, attractive decor. The furniture looks clean and comfortable. The other room we have access to is a well stocked café/sitting room where residents and visitors can help themselves to tea/coffee and biscuits. This lovely room looks out onto a beautiful well-maintained garden area.

Very clean and tidy, friendly staff and happy residents

Nothing is too much trouble for the staff at Westergate House. From a friendly greeting on the phone, or on arrival, the reception staff are always willing to help. The excellent care team, who are all kind, caring and nothing is too much trouble in ensuring our parents care is of the highest standard. The catering side is excellent and yesterday, the chef kindly prepared a 3-course meal for our family, which was served up for the celebration of my parents 70th wedding anniversary. The standard of food was excellent, as was the service, with a bouquet of flowers and chocolates presented to my parents at the end of the meal by the Senior Manager Paul, who heads up this excellent team, and who is friendly, approachable and always makes himself available. The differing health needs of both my parents are met under one umbrella at Westergate House. We looked at 9 other care homes before choosing Westergate House, and we have not been disappointed. Us 3 daughters regularly comment on how lucky we all are to have found such a wonderful place to care so well for both of our parents.

My mum experienced seven different care home settings throughout her dementia journey, and Arbour Court was a cut above the rest. The care and support she received were excellent, and nothing was ever too much trouble. I was always greeted with a friendly smile, and I felt complete peace of mind knowing that when I left after visiting, Mum was in very safe hands.
Arbour Court is a warm and welcoming place. Mum has sadly passed away now, but I can’t thank Lisa and the rest of the team enough for the outstanding work they do.

I have visited the care home a couple of times. The staff are so friendly and eager to show off this beautiful home. If ever I needed a care home I would choose this one .

I recently visited Hollyfields Care Home for a show round and was extremely impressed. The home itself is beautiful, clean, and welcoming, with a lovely atmosphere throughout. The staff were friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all of our questions and making us feel completely at ease. It’s clear that residents are well cared for and treated with genuine kindness and respect. We left feeling very confident in the care provided and would highly recommend Hollyfields Care Home to anyone looking for a supportive and high-quality care environment.

My grandmother is a resident at Orchard House and I’m so happy with the care she is provided. Every time I visit her she’s always being social if that’s taking part in activities, talking to other residents around the dining table or just eating cake in the reception cafe. I can’t recommend Orchard House enough and thank you for everything your doing for my grandma.

Lotus Manor has changed the way I view a care home. Beautifully furnished, peaceful location between Send and Ripley, lovely staff, great facilities and super food. What more do you need - just a beautifully calm place to spend a lot of time!
