My Mum was in the Dale for 6 weeks with end of life care and I can not fault the dignified way she was cared for . All the staff were kind pleasant welcoming and very professional from the management to the nurses to carers the kitchen staff the lovely ladies in the laundry room and the
cleaners . The rooms are lovely and my Mum had the beautiful garden to look out on . I could visit Mum anytime i wanted and was always made to feel most welcome . So pleased I choose the Dale when Mum had to leave the hospice and very lucky that Mum got a place there . My Mum had her full facilties and she enjoyed her final weeks with all her family visiting her anytime that they wanted in the beautiful surroundings. Big thanks to the Dale for making a sad time very bearable and providing us with food and drinks in Mums final days it was very much appreciated.

"My dad was fast tracked from hospital, from the minute he arrived he has been treated with the upmost care and respect. I cannot thank all the staff for the kindness shown to him and also to me. Dad is poorly so will not see just how beautiful a place Barchester Marple Dale Care Home is. Outside everything is maintained to a high standard, inside the lounge and bistro areas are decorated and furnished beautifully as are the corridors. I would not hesitate to recommend Marple Dale, it is 10/10 from me."

"The constant care provided by Barchester Marple Dale Care Home for my mother has been exceptional. They have made her feel welcome whilst she transitioned from living a totally independent life to needing full-time care due to medical conditions. The nursing staff have been fantastic with all her specialist care she has required, ensuring the correct treatment and dressings have been carried out, getting her from bed-bound to being mobile again with the help of a walking frame. My mother feels comfortable and has a good rapport with the majority of the care and management staff and has a smile on her face most of the time which tells me she is comfortable."

"I visited my friend with many doubts, having visited many care homes but my goodness, what a wonderful experience! My friend was settled and happy after only a couple of weeks. The environment was exceptional - clean, bright, fresh and well cared for. All the staff I met were true carers - wanting the best for the residents. They were professional, friendly but most of all, caring. Nothing was too much trouble. All the questions of a new resident were answered and dealt with immediately. I came away happy that my friend had found a home from home - with the help she needs. Thank you."
