Trinity Manor Care Home in Sherborne

Trinity Manor Care Home is located in Sherborne in the North West of Dorset, situated on the Bradford road, the most sought after location to live in Sherborne. The Merritt Centre just across the hosts various concerts, art exhibitions and drama performances that residents and loved ones can enjoy hassle free. Dementia Care

We also provide specialist support for individuals living with dementia in our bespoke Memory Lane Community, where care is focused on independence, dignity and choice, with a person centred approach. We have also invested in a 'Magic Table' for our home, an interactive light projector designed to support people living with dementia through mentally and physically stimulating games.

The community is broken up into small units with a family feel, helping people feel safe and comfortable. Services are based on independence, dignity and choice, supported by a person-centred approach to care. Staffing levels reflect needs and people living with dementia are offered a range of activities to help preserve life skills, support interactions and retain a sense of purpose and selfhood.
