2019 Customer Service Champion
Beverley Wilson - Harton Grange
Beverley Wilson, the Deputy Manager at Harton Grange Care Home in South Shields was recently crowned the national winner in the Customer Service Champion of the Year category at the 2019 Barchester Care Awards on 3rd October.
Sarah Lander-Scott, Customer Experience Manager at Barchester and a judge for the category said of Beverley that “Bev has been with the company for 15 years. She has a fantastic attitude towards the residents she cares for and inspires her team to work just as hard. Bev always has time for families, health care professionals and team members and goes the extra mile every single day. It was amazing to hear how proud she was to work for us and we are just as proud to work alongside her.”
Beverley said of her win that, “I am very proud, and very honoured to be receiving this award. We work hard here at Barchester with a focus on the people we care for, and not for accolades, but it really is very special to be recognised in this way.”
