Nita Pulmones

General Manager

My name is Nita Pulmones. I am the General Manager at Ashfields Care Home. I look forward to welcoming you into our home.

I have 28 years of experience in healthcare, starting from working as a Rural Health midwife in the Philippines to being hired by Barchester Health Care in 2003. Since then, I have worked in various care homes and nursing homes in Norwich in various roles, leading to my current role.

My passion and priority is our residents' medical needs and well-being. It is an honour to ensure each individual is treated with respect and dignity and is a pleasure to work closely with wonderful staff who deliver high-quality care for our residents.

Caroline Seekings

Deputy Manager

My name is Caroline and I am the Deputy Manager at Ashfields Care Home. I have worked within Healthcare for the past 16 years, within Residential and nursing settings. During this time I have developed a strong passion for Dementia care. 

I am extremely focused on leading the Team to provide the highest quality of care for our residents at Ashfields.

As the Deputy Manager my main aim is to build relationships with residents and relatives to ensure that their experience of living at Ashfields is truly memorable. 

Dawn Bunting

Administrator

Hello, my name is Dawn and I am the Administrator here at Ashfields Care Home.

I joined Barchester in 2012 and I am here to assist with any contractual questions that you may have and also to ensure that our residents and their families are fully supported by our home.

I have always enjoyed working closely with people and especially meeting residents, their families and friends. If there is anything that I can do to help - please do not hesitate to ask and I look forward to welcoming you at Ashfields very soon.

Xen Greenwood

Activities Coordinator

My name is Xen and I am lucky enough to be the Activities Coordinator here at Ashfields.

I have experience working in care homes in Activities and leisure and lifestyle roles. In my own time I love to go antique shopping and making crafts. 

I love being part of the Ashfields team and supporting our residents to live their best lives with fun, interesting, and varied activities available every week. I always feel its important for the residents to have the opportunity to explore new interests as well as keeping up with previous interests and hobbies.

Tony Bunting

Head of Maintenance

Hello, my name is Tony and I am the Head of Maintenance here at Ashfields Care Home.

Helping to make our home inviting, comfortable and safe for our residents, relatives, guests and colleagues is absolutely paramount to me.

I am exceptionally proud to work for Barchester and am committed to maintaining the highest standards in everything that we do for those that have chosen to make Ashfields their home.

Senior Care Assistant

Hello, my name is Diane and I am a Senior Care Assistant here at Ashfields. 

I joined Barchester in 2013 and always enjoy spending time with our residents to ensure that they receive the highest quality of care at all times. I aim to make Ashfields a home away from home for our residents and to help support them with their daily routines.

Zack Vann-Ralph

Peripatetic Senior Care Assistant

Hello, my name is Zack and I am a Peripatetic Senior Care Assistant here at Ashfields.

I joined Barchester in 2019 and I have always enjoyed helping people. I like to spend time with the residents and their loved ones, listening to their stories and ensuring we support them when needed. 

Helping our residents settle into their new home, making sure they that feel comfortable and receive the best possible care is very important to me.
