Activities at Four Hills Care Home
Our activity and lifestyle programme is arranged for all our residents to participate in and is updated regularly based on ideas from our residents group during our resident forum. Our Resident of the Day strategy ensures each person receives at least one day each month where the focus is all about them.
We have a monthly concert and to date this is appreciated and enjoyed by most residents. The Four Hills Taverns is open for business every Friday afternoon and is an area where residents and staff socialise, hold pub quizzes and partake in a little refreshment.
The team at Four Hills try hard to meet everyone's needs and encourage all residents and their families to join in the fun.
Eileen Orr
Eileen joined the Four Hills Family in 1999 and has worked in various roles since. Eileen originally started as a Kitchen Assistant, then moved on to Domestic, before moving on to her current role as Activities Assistant since 2017.
Eileen loves to bring joy to residents lives from putting on meaningful and engaging activities. From in house entertainment to trips out, our Activities team always have something going on to keep our residents engaged and stimulated.

As part of our bespoke life-enrichment programmes, we host a number of live virtual events in the home on a regular basis through a number of partnerships with places of interest and world class performance companies
Life at Four Hills Care Home
Easter Preparations
Residents have been making Easter bonnets and a lovely Easter cake. We are also running an Easter raffle with lots of amazing prizes.
Nutrition Week Beverages
Folks at Four Hills enjoyed some delicious smoothies and refreshing pink lemonade for Nutrition & Hydration Week.
The Great British Care Awards
Congratulations to Tracy Libby who was named the winner of the 'The Care Home Worker Award' at the 2016 Great North West Care Awards.
Christmas Jumper Day
Everyone at Four Hills had a blast celebrating Christmas Jumper Day on 13th December by throwing on their best seasonal outfits.
Four Hills' Divisional Winners
Congratulations to Tracy Libby and Robert Laird, who have been named as a Divisional Winners in the Home Trainer of the Year and Maintenance Champion categories at this year's Barchester Care Awards.
Easter Arts and Crafts
The residents at Four Hills have been celebrating Easter with arts and crafts sessions making bonnets for them all to wear!
