Hall Park is a warm and inviting care home in the suburbs of Nottingham; it is surrounded by parks and greenery, with great access to local amenities, offering the comforts of a home away from home to residents with 24 hours, residential, dementia and respite support.
The home's specialist Memory Lane Community utilises a careful blend of skills and techniques developed by leading experts in the field of dementia care, incorporating person-centred design in its use of colour and cues to help individuals navigate through the home, whilst thoughtful interior design features, such us adapted crockery and tableware assists with reminiscence. Communities are broken up into separate units with a family feel so people can feel safe and comfortable. Care is focused on independence, dignity and choice, with a person-centred approach. Staffing levels reflect the needs of residents, and people living with dementia are offered a range of activities to help preserve life skills, support interactions and retain a sense of purpose and selfhood.
Chefs prepare a daily menu on-site, offering a variety of tasty and nutritious meals, which can be enjoyed in our restaurant-style dining room, and special dietary requirements are always catered for.
Activities staff manage a busy events schedule, planning daily activities in the home as well as regular trips out. Residents and their families participate in planning these to make sure everyone always has something to look forward to.
Striving for the highest possible quality care at our home is at the centre of everything we do, and helping residents to maintain their independence, dignity and individuality for as long as possible is an important goal for all who work here. Personal needs and desires are always taken into consideration, so that we can deliver the best quality bespoke care to everyone we support.
