General Manager
Hello, my name is Charles, and I am the Senior General Manager here at our wonderful Lancaster Grange .
I have worked for Barchester since 2018 as a General Manager and Regional Director for Services in the South and island of Jersey.
I relocated from Wokingham Berkshire with my wife and 3 children in 2022 and have been at Lancaster Grange since.
Family and people are extremely important to me and I have worked in healthcare since 1998, initially with the NHS, before moving to management roles with various learning disability charities, and more recently, other elderly care providers.
I think very highly of Barchester, and I have always admired our robust, transparent, organised and well-managed company, and have added my own ethos with Lancaster Granges already long established and experienced care.
Our committed team in every department deserve their reputation and you will struggle to find a more open and inclusive place for the most important people in all our lives to receive the care they richly deserve.
