Hi, my name is Halina and I am the Deputy Manager here at Waterside Court. 

I truly enjoy working in our beautiful home. I have over 10 years experience in care and I am deeply passionate about caring for our residents. There is nothing better than seeing our residents fulfilling their lives and being happy in our care. 

Here at Waterside Court, we are dedicated to providing a very high standard of care and believe in celebrating life.  

With 30 years experience under my belt I take great pride in creating nutritious and delicious meals for our residents. Waterside Court is a beautiful home and I am delighted to be part of such a friendly team.

Hello, my name is Sushmita and I have the enormous pleasure of being the Head of Housekeeping here at Waterside Court. 

I take great pride in leading our wonderful housekeeping team to make sure every corner of our community is clean, comfortable, and welcoming for all our residents, staff, family and friends including visitors to the home.

With several years of experience in hospitality, I believe that attention to detail and genuine care make all the difference in creating a warm and pleasant environment for our all.  I’m passionate about maintaining high standards while supporting my team to do their best every day. Waterside Court feels like a family to me, and I’m proud to help make it a place everyone can truly call home.
 

Hi, my name is Ancy. I am a Senior Care Assistant. I find working with elderly residents immensely rewarding. I do all I can to enhance their quality of care and lifestyle. With my dedicated team, we consistently maintain high standards, ensuring residents receive exceptional, bespoke person centred care.

Hello, my name is Paulina and I’m one of the Senior Carers here at Waterside Court. 

I joined this amazing team in 2024 it’s been a pleasure working for Barchester. I have had a major career change and I’m thriving in my new role and I find this work very rewarding. I have been provided with so much knowledge through Barchester training giving me the continued abiity to improve individuals quality of life.

I’m passionate about what I do and I show that in my dedication to meet individuals needs. My hope is to progress towards a nursing role and know I have the full support of Barchester Healthcae to achieve this goal.

Hello, my name is Oksana. I am part of the housekeeping team. My role here enables me to express my passion for organizing and tidiness. I love for our resident's garments and belongings to be valued and I take pride in providing this service for them. Getting to know them and their families is a privilege I enjoy.

Hello, I am Nigel. I have been working for Barchester for many years, supporting and ensuring that our homes continue to look beautiful and presentable, whilst ensuring our residents live in a safe and secure environment.  

As a maintenance man, my passion for health and safety drives me to maintain a secure environment for all.

Hi, my name is Janice. After 18 years in NHS I decided to have a change and joining Waterside Court has been a breath of fresh air which has allowed me to fully embrace my passion for care. I am the first person people see when entering the home and will always welcome everyone with a smile.

Hi, my name is Ashline and I am one of the Senior Carers at Waterside Court. I value the opportunity to use my nursing knowledge to provide a safe and caring experience for our residents. I enjoy my work, especially the meaningful conversations I have which makes a difference in our resident's days. I value the opportunity to learn from their life experiences.

Hello, my name is Emma and I'm part of the homes Hospitality team here at Waterside Court.

I recently joined the team as a hostess and have been running food service for the past months. I am passionate about creating a welcoming dinning experience and making sure residents feel cared for and valued. I am excited to be part of a compassionate team that truly cares about quality and connection whilst getting to know my residents on a deeper level. I also love to join in with daily activities, creating lost of fun and smiles.  
 

A 4 year old German Shepherd colour black tan has been a therapy dog for 3 months. She has lovely calm nature and loves visiting residents.

She greets them with a kiss when asked to go, or she sits by them and loves stroked. It appears that Lottie has a great understanding and empathy with people’s situations.
