Exciting New Care Homes Come to Fareham & Ferndown
Award winning national care provider, Barchester Healthcare, are proud to break ground on two brand new developments in Fareham and Ferndown, with works undertaken by McGoff Construction Ltd.
Both Florence Court Care Home in Fareham and King’s Park Care Home in Ferndown, will complement the surrounding areas and provide a wide range of career opportunities.
With state-of-the-art facilities, and beautiful interiors detailed to a very high standard, both new luxury care homes will provide high quality residential, dementia and respite care, delivered by passionate staff. Through our focus on life enrichment, we will offer a range of daily activities, enjoyable events and engagement with the local community, as well as providing a varied menu of nutritious home-cooked meals. Mr Jensen was joined at the Fareham care home development site by Project Manager Mark Tomalin, Darren Cartlidge and Craig Clancy, and at the Ferndown site by Project Manager Steve Motherwell, Ian Millar and Carl Nolan all of McGoff Construction Ltd, along with Michael Coggin of Fed 3, to break ground and celebrate the start of the new builds.
Both care homes will have on site marketing suites that will open their doors to the local community, and visitors later this year, with both homes completing works and opening in 2021.
