Filmed at two Barchester locations, Reigate Beaumont care home in Surrey and Wadhurst Manor care home in East Sussex, Claire said she wanted to portray how happy and healthy Barchester residents are, and to give viewers an idea of some of the excellent activities available.
Claire said: "While synchronised mobility scooter formations may not be an everyday occurrence I know there are many homes with well used Wii games and dancing shoes, and residents who love their beauty salon mornings and gourmet meals!"

Mike Parsons, founder and CEO of Barchester Healthcare said: Ever since I opened the first Barchester home at Moreton Hill in Gloucestershire in 1992 I have strived to ensure that anyone who lives in a Barchester home has the best care and facilities available. We're so pleased with how Claire and her team have captured us. I think 'Wheelin' In The Years' encapsulates what we endeavour to give our residents on a daily basis 'a sprinkling of happiness and vitality.'
