“I hope they celebrate and enjoy today!”
Nurses have an important role in care homes, ensuring that residents receive the best possible quality care daily and their expertise and dedication is crucial to delivering excellent services.
Registered Nurses also form bonds with the relatives of each individual in their care. They understand the difficulties that relatives and friends may face when someone close to them moves in to a care setting. They work hard to ensure that positive relationships are developed, so that family and friends feel supported.
