We have a number of delightful one bedroom apartments in the vibrant retirement community of Southgate Beaumont. The apartments are situated on the lower ground, ground and second floor of this beautiful Grade II listed building and in close proximity to the local amenities in Old Southgate.

Our assisted living apartments give you the freedom to enjoy life and also be safe and secure in your own home. Each of the apartments consists of a spacious bedroom, large lounge, modern kitchen, bathroom and store room, with some also having a study. Every property is fitted with an emergency alarm, which is connected to the care home, meaning help is available 24 hours a day.

People who live in our apartments also have the option of taking advantage of the additional services at the care home, which include personal care, catering, laundry, household cleaning and the opportunity to enjoy the social activities and events.
