We have a number of fantastic two bedroom apartments in the elegant retirement community of Southgate Beaumont. The apartments are situated on the lower ground and second floor of this beautiful Grade II listed building and in close proximity to the local amenities in Old Southgate.

Our assisted living apartments give you the freedom to enjoy life, safe and secure in your own home. Each of the apartments consists of two bedrooms, a large lounge, a modern kitchen, a bathroom and storage room. Every apartment is fitted with an emergency alarm, which is connected to the care home, so help is available 24 hours a day.

People who live within our apartments also have the option of using additional services at the care home, which include personal care, catering, maintenance, laundry, household cleaning and the opportunity to enjoy the social activities and events at the care home.
