Care and facilities at Bloomfield Care Centre
We understand how difficult choosing a care home for a loved one can be, which is why we try to make it as easy a possible for you. We offer nursing care here at Bloomfield, in addition to dementia care in our Memory Lane community. Residents will have a cosy room to themselves, as well as access to fantastic communal areas, and there is an extensive and varied activities programme each week, with outside entertainment twice per month. We also have a minibus that we use for trips to local areas of interest.

Our residential care is ideal for frail older people that would benefit from additional care and support, but without the need for specialist nursing or dementia care.
Nursing Care
Nursing care is for people who need a qualified nursing care team available to them 24 hours a day.

Our highly skilled team of dementia experts work hard to ensure the highest quality of care, based on the latest research.
Respite Care & Short Breaks
