"I attended the memorial service yesterday for residents who had passed in 2025. This is a really lovely idea to recognise and remember their residents who have passed in the previous year. The staff were all welcoming, and passionate in their reading of poems during the service. The service reflected the amazing amount of love and care that the staff show to their residents, and the relatives of the residents at all times. The service was followed by afternoon tea, which was delicious, reflecting the amazing standard of food served up on a daily basis in the care home."

"We have just returned from a lovely memorial and celebration of life for those who died in 2025. My mother now has a flower in the memorial garden and balloons were released. Many poems were read by members of all staff groups and most were visibly upset which shows how much they care. It was very emotional but inspiring and it was lovely to see staff there again who we have missed seeing. The care is exceptional at Cherry Blossom Manor and my overall feelings 6 months after losing mummy are ones of gratitude. For her life and who she was and for her comfortable death. Also for finding Cherry Blossom where she was cared for with love, compassion, respect, humour and had access to plenty of activities. You won't find anywhere better and the low staff turnover clearly demonstrates how happy staff are to work there and how valued they feel. Thank you for everything and for sparing the time for so many people to be there today to commemorate our loved ones."

Hi I'm Czarina, I visited my grandmother's friend last week. I've had a wonderful experience with this care home. The staff are kind, patient, and genuinely care the residents' wellbeing. The home is clean, well organized, and has a calm atmosphere. Activities and meals are thoughtfully planned and tailored to residents' needs. I'm truly grateful fot the quality of care they provide.

I regularly visit Cherry Blossom to deliver seated exercise sessions with the residents. The residents are wonderful, enjoy the music and movement and we always have a lot of fun. The staff are fantastic too, friendly and supportive, always welcoming and helpful, it's such a pleasure to visit!

"From the very first day I arrived Cherry Blossom Care Home made me feel so welcome. The staff are so friendly & caring, nothing is too much trouble for them & remarkably, they remember everyone's names. I have stayed for ten days, for respite care after an operation & everyone has cared for me as if I was a resident. The premises are excellent, spotlessly clean & everything is well cared for. I cannot recommend Cherry Blossom too highly. It is an excellent facility in this area."

I recently visited Barchester – Cherry Blossom Manor Care Home for some volunteer work, and I was genuinely impressed! Gigi, the manager, was incredible—so kind, welcoming, and clearly passionate about creating a happy environment. The staff were equally wonderful, always attentive and friendly.

We got to learn about the activities, special days, and celebrations—they’re clearly planned with care, and it shows! The main goal is making everyone happy, and you can really feel it in the smiles all around. Also, a huge shoutout to the chef—the lunch was absolutely delicious!

This is truly a home where people feel cared for and celebrated.

I had the pleasure of visiting Cherry Blossom Manor yesterday for the first time, and what a wonderful home it is. The manager & staff team were extremely accommodating & their hospitality was very much appreciated. I was fortunate to have lunch whilst I was there, and I was treated to some delicious freshly baked cakes. The home was very well maintained inside & out & residents & family members met spoke highly of the care & kindness they were shown. I hope I have an opportunity to return as it really was a lovely day that I very much enjoyed. Thank you!

"Excellent help and assistance in facilitating our 23 wedding anniversary. The cake was outstanding and enjoyed by grandchildren and other family members. The duty manager and staff were excellent and made the afternoon a memorable occasion in particular the care taken in my wife comfort and appearance in addition to the room decorations. My wife particularly enjoyed the excellent music & singing events."
