Hello, my name is Kuldeep Gill, and I have recently joined Barchester at Chestnut Gardens.
I have previously worked for Crown Courts and Civil Service leading a team where I achieved an Employee Award for Excellent Customer Services.
I moved on to the Care Sector in 2014, and soon after the Company achieved an ‘Outstanding CQC Report’ and carried ‘Outstanding’ throughout my working period there. Working in the Care Sector, not only I gained a lot of experience in the Business Administration, but also learnt that making peoples’ lives happy and meaningful is such a rewarding accomplishment.
As a strong believer in positive thinking in workplace, I bring in my years of experience and it is my pride and joy to work with such an excellent, passionate and thriving team in a beautiful home.

Every day I look forward to supporting our residents in living a full and enriched life and especially enjoy the outdoor activities that we arrange to the local attractions, even if the weather can be unpredictable at times.
We also hold loads of varied internal activities so everyone is catered for and the musicians and therapy animals are a very big hit.
Roshan Kalahparanavithana
My career in hospitality and catering started in 1995. I started working as a chef in the care sector for Maria Mallaband where I worked my way up to head Chef. I chose to join Barchester as their standards and expectations are so high. I believe a good chef is an artist and should be able to create delicious and nutritious menus from the local, seasonal produce on offer.
We have a strong passionate team here at Chestnut Gardens and we are looking forward to welcoming our residents to their new home.
