Activities at Wimbledon Beaumont Care Community
Our team of activities staff and volunteers are constantly striving to improve the lives of our residents. This includes the quality of our regular entertainers, the new PAT dog and cat visits, the new singing entertainment in residents bedrooms and the personalised visits by volunteers. We also encourage relatives and friends to join in with activities and trips out whenever they can.
As the festive season begins, the team at Wimbledon Beaumont would like to encourage you to join them to take part in our varied activities and regular trips out.

As part of our bespoke life-enrichment programmes, we host a number of live virtual events in the home on a regular basis through a number of partnerships with places of interest and world class performance companies

Flower Power
Residents had lots of fun arranging some beautiful displays for the home.
Flower Arranging
Residents have been making some beautiful displays during out flower arranging session, which will be showcased around the home.
Arts Therapy
Residents thoroughly enjoyed reading poems, listening to music and creating some waves!
Meeting the Manager
We invited members of the local community to come in and meet our new General Manager. There were plenty of delicious refreshments available too.
Celebrating Staff
Congratulations to Charge Nurse, Tetri Baksh, who was named as 'Nurse of the Year' at the 2018 Physical Disability & Autism Awards.
Tai Chi
Residents were delighted to participate in a sit down Tai Chi sessions, which can help with coordination and also raise energy levels. It was a lot of fun and residents learnt more about their bodies and working as a team.
