When your experience doesn’t meet your expectations, we want to know so we can put it right. Please read our concerns and complaints process and share your feedback with us or one of our services here.

We have regular meetings where we collaborate with residents, patients and their family and friends to create agendas that encourage everyone to express their views, make suggestions and ask questions.

We have suggestion boxes wherever we can so we can hear your ideas on how to make your experience with us even better. If you can’t find it, please share your suggestions directly with us.

Wherever possible, we have resident ambassadors who act as the voices of our residents. They offer another way to express concerns and share suggestions and positive experiences. You can find your home here.
