Shaju Paul

General Manager

Hi my name is Shaju, and I am the general manager here at Chacombe Park, welcome to our website. 

I am a qualified registered nurse and was very privileged to have gained experience in OUH NHS Trust hospitals, Ramsay hospital, and various nursing homes. I have been working for Barchester Healthcare since 2018, initially as a Unit Manager and later on as a Deputy Manager at Chacombe Park before taking the General Manager role at Oxford Beaumont care home in Oxford.

I am delighted to have returned to Chacombe Park and lead this beautiful home, and committed to ensuring Chacombe Park provides an outstanding lifestyle, great support, and personalised care for our residents. I am passionate to deliver the best quality care to our residents at Chacombe Park and promoting a welcoming, homely and caring environment at this wonderful home.

 

Delighta Suresh Samraj

Deputy Manager

I am Delighta Suresh Samraj, Deputy Manager at Chacombe park care home. I completed my Bachelor's degree in Nursing back home in 2018, and I worked as a clinical lead in a hospital specialising in neuro medicine and surgery. I am working with Barchester since 2021, joined here as a Pre-Registered nurse and got my PIN and worked as a Registered Nurse in October 2021. Recently I have been promoted to acting Deputy Manager and I'm happy to take over the new role and to work with all the people here.

Jisha Siju

Community Nurse Manager

Jisha has worked at Chacombe Park since 2021. Jisha is the Unit Manager on Willow Lane. Jisha is always seen with a smile on her face, and always happy to help our residents and their family with whatever it is they may need.

Rubiya Saleem

Community Nurse Manager

unit manager birch lane Rubiya started her career with us in 2016 as a carer, whilst studying to become a registered nurse. Rubiya qualified in 2019, and has been working as a registered nurse since. Rubiya is now the unit manager of Birch Lane working on our dementia nursing unit supporting our residents.

Kate Burclaf

Head of Residential Community

Kate is our head of residential here at Chacombe Park, working on Maple Lane. Kate’s skills and expert knowledge lead to Kate becoming one of our divisional finalists in 2023 for Care Practitioner of the year. We are all so proud.

Nadine Taylor

Administrator

Nadine has worked at Chacombe park since 2016, originally working as a carer and through Chacombe has progressed to the Home Administrator. Nadine supports our residents and families through every stage of their life with us here and will always be happy to make a cup of tea in the reception area!

Morgan Dowie

Activities Coordinator

Hi, my name is Morgan and I joined the Chacombe Park life enrichment team in January 2025. I love getting to know our residents, and I'm extremely passionate about their continued wellbeing and enjoy providing tailored activities that stimulate happiness, and continued fulfilment. 

Prior to joining Chacombe Park, I worked as a Senior Carer, and hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care. Outside of work, I’m a wife and mother to our beautiful little girl. Originally from Birmingham our little family has now settled in Banbury. Living life to the full is my motto, and I wish to instil this in all our residents, whatever your ability there is something new to learn or try. Life is for enriching and enjoyment.

Charlene Richardson

Head Chef

Charlene joined Chacombe Park in 2022 as a carer, Charlene’s previous experience within the catering business, lead to Charlene becoming Head chef in 2023. Charlene’s passion for high quality food is shown daily with all our residents meals.

Gareth Lewis

Head Of Maintenance

Gareth is the Head of Maintenance at Chacombe Park, and it is Gareth’s responsibility to make sure that all the routine checks are carried out and any issues that are raised are acted on and rectified. As well as following our maintenance programme, part of the job is to ensure that everyday items, such as hoists and touchscreen devices, are repaired in a timely manner.

Stephanie Hammond

Head Housekeeper

Hi, my name is Stephanie Hammond and I have been at Chacombe park for 4 years. I came as a team leader and completed my level 3 adult lead care diploma. I have now recently been given the opportunity to take on the Head of Housekeeping. I am very happy here at Chacombe park and I'm always ready for any new challenges.

Katie Casey

Admin Assistant / Receptionist

Hi, I'm Katie and I work within the administration team here at Chacombe Park.

I joined Barchester as a carer in 2021, having loved working with our residents, and their families the opportunity to become part of the admin team arose and I jumped at the chance. Since being in the role I have expanded my knowledge be completing an apprenticeship - Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 in 2024. I enjoy meeting new people and supporting all the visitors to our beautiful home. I am also a Barchester 'Speak Up' Champion meaning I'm on hand to listen and take on any concerns anyone may have within the home.

 

 

 

Activities Assistant

Activities Assistant

Hello, I’m Kim and I work within the activities team here at Chacombe Park. I started in 2017, initially as a Senior Care Assistant before moving into the life enrichment team as an Activities Assistant. 

I have a Level 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care and love to spend time with our residents. Having the opportunity to improve their daily wellbeing and enrich their lives whilst in our care means everything to me.  Whether that be sitting with someone one on one providing a pamper session, or running a high energy activity session, each day is different and there is never a dull moment!
