Tesh Seeratun
Hello, my name is Tesh and I am the General Manager here at Cheverton Lodge. Welcome to our website.
I joined Cheverton Lodge in June 2024 as a Peripatetic General Manager and I feel very privileged to be part of this dynamic team. I have held roles with in health care for since 2009 and in this time I have developed a wealth of knowledge and expertise. My passion is to support residents to live happy and fulfilled lives as well as sharing my knowledge and experience with members of our team.
Cheverton Lodge is a great community filled with loving care, happiness and laughter. I am very proud to be part of such a dedicated team who continue to strive to deliver a first class service in a stunning environment. I look forward to welcoming you to Cheverton Lodge soon.
Ritu Kuruti
With over 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the role of Deputy General Manager Clinical at Cheverton Lodge.
Specialising in dementia, elderly and emergency care, leads me with a focus on providing the highest standard of resident care while ensuring a supportive and efficient work environment for the healthcare team.
I hold a Masters degree in Healthcare Leadership and Chronic disease management which underscores a commitment to excellence in the field of healthcare management.
My leadership style is centred around collaboration, continuous improvement and a patient centred care. By fostering strong communication within the team and implementing evidence based practices, I ensure that every resident receives personalised and attentive care.
Throughout my career I have successfully managed multiple healthcare teams and implemented innovative strategies to enhance residents outcome and staff satisfaction.
Deirdre Killick
My name is Dee and I am a Unit Manager here at Cheverton Lodge care home.
I have been a nurse for 46 years and enjoy working in different hospitals and care homes.
I joined the Barchester team in 2020 and I always try my best as a nurse I strive to maintain a good relationship with residents, loved ones and colleagues. My aim is to be a nurse for 50 years.
Livia Somesan
Livia qualified as a Registered General Nurse in 2013 joined the Cheverton Lodge family in February 2019. Livia’s passion has always been to work in a care home setting. She has a special love and affection for supporting older people and enjoys finding out about their life history, sharing their memories as well as making new ones.
Angela Abraham
Angela completed a Nursing degree at Southbank University in 2012. Angela joined Cheverton Lodge in July 2023 and brings a wealth of experience in Community nursing and older peoples care. Angela is passionate about working with older people and says they put a smile on her face every single day. Angela is a highly thought of members of our team and is very proud to be part of the Cheverton Lodge family.
Sandani Dahanakgama
I am Sandani, I am the home administrator here at Cheverton Lodge. I have a BSC in Business Management and a MSc Masters in Business with Business Analytics. I joined Barchester in June 2024. I love getting to know the residents and their loved ones and I am very proud to be part of the Cheverton Lodge family.
Cara Nutt
I joined Cheverton Lodge in 2024 as an Activity Coordinator. I completed a Health and social care level 2 and performing arts at college. I have worked as an activity coordinator in a care home setting for over 5 years. I love my role, the passion and drive it gives me to ensure everyone receives a fun and fulfilled lifestyle, which is person centred to them.
I love being creative, I sing in my spare time alongside playing the electric guitar, piano and also writing my own music. I look forward to my journey here at Cheverton lodge, and bringing lots of fun!
Neeraj Bissessur
I bring over 20 years of experience in IT, combined with a hands-on approach developed from assisting his mechanic father.
My expertise in troubleshooting and fixing a wide range of issues makes me an invaluable asset to our team. Having transitioned from property maintenance to Barchester, I am eager to embrace new challenges and contribute to our dynamic team.
My unique blend of technical skills and practical experience ensure that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards, providing a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.
Catherine Keke
Catherine joined us in March 2018 and brought with her a ready smile and a welcoming personality. She loves her job and is committed to excellence.
Novelette Beckford
Novelette joined Cheverton Lodge in October 2001 as a Healthcare Assistant and has continued to develop her skills and vocation further and is now a senior carer. Novelette love's to support residents and her team and is passionate about delivering holistic healthcare to residents.
Monica Radu
Monica joined Cheverton Lodge in August 2022 as a Healthcare Assistant and is currently enrolled on the Care Practitioner Program to continue to develop her skills and vocation further. Monica love's to support residents and her team and is passionate about delivering holistic healthcare to residents. Monica is the speak up champion at Cheverton Lodge and is here to listen and support those that may need help or advice.
Tahmina Begun
Tahmina joined to Cheverton Lodge in 2022 as health care assistant and has continued to develop her knowledge and became the dementia champion in 2023 . Tahmina has a special interest in supporting those living with dementia and ways on continually improving the care and experience of people living with dementia at Cheverton Lodge. Tahmina completed Tier 2 dementia training and attends the dementia champion training sessions on a regular basis.

Cheverton Lodge is privileged to have an excellent team. The Chef and kitchen team work alongside the Nurses and carers delivering exceptional food and amazing care to everyone we support. Ensuring they meet individual needs at all times. They help produce a warm and welcoming dining experience and delicious food for all residents and visitors.
