Activities at Four Hills Care Home
Our activity and lifestyle programme is arranged for all our residents to participate in and is updated regularly based on ideas from our residents group during our resident forum. Our Resident of the Day strategy ensures each person receives at least one day each month where the focus is all about them.
We have a monthly concert and to date this is appreciated and enjoyed by most residents. The Four Hills Taverns is open for business every Friday afternoon and is an area where residents and staff socialise, hold pub quizzes and partake in a little refreshment.
The team at Four Hills try hard to meet everyone's needs and encourage all residents and their families to join in the fun.
Eileen Orr
Eileen joined the Four Hills Family in 1999 and has worked in various roles since. Eileen originally started as a Kitchen Assistant, then moved on to Domestic, before moving on to her current role as Activities Assistant since 2017.
Eileen loves to bring joy to residents lives from putting on meaningful and engaging activities. From in house entertainment to trips out, our Activities team always have something going on to keep our residents engaged and stimulated.

As part of our bespoke life-enrichment programmes, we host a number of live virtual events in the home on a regular basis through a number of partnerships with places of interest and world class performance companies
Life at Four Hills Care Home
New Year's Party
We hosted our New Year's Party a little late (10th January), but that didn't stop people from having fun!
George Square
We visited George Square in Glasgow recently to see the Christmas lights. Everyone had a fantastic night seeing the lights and taking in the festive surroundings. We concluded the evening with a lovely fish supper.
Long Service Award
Congratulations to Nicole Lyon, who recently received her 20 year Long Service Award here at Four Hillls.
Barchester's 25th Anniversary
The party was greatly enjoyed by residents, relatives and staff at Four Hills. We enjoyed live entertainment and refreshments at our famous Four Hills Tavern. We look forward to another 25 years here at Four Hills.
Easter Preparations
Residents have been making Easter bonnets and a lovely Easter cake. We are also running an Easter raffle with lots of amazing prizes.
Nutrition Week Beverages
Folks at Four Hills enjoyed some delicious smoothies and refreshing pink lemonade for Nutrition & Hydration Week.
