Sally Champion
Admin Assistant
Hello, my name is Sally. I worked for a luxury airline company for over 35 years on the front line of Heathrow customer services, where I developed a passion for helping people and making sure they felt supported and cared for. That same dedication naturally applies to working in a care home, where offering kindness, reassurance, and a friendly face can make all the difference to someone’s day. I knew I wanted to work in an environment where I could provide care for the community and be part of something meaningful.
In my spare time, I enjoy going for walks with my miniature Shetland Sheepdog, Stevie.

Nina Ogboji
Care Assistant
Hello, my name is Nina. I have 5 years of experience in care, during which I have developed skills in communication, person-centred care, safeguarding, and care planning. Over the years, I’ve embraced every opportunity for growth in my career, which has helped me to become both confident and compassionate in my work. I hold a Level 4 Diploma in Health and Social Care and a Master’s degree in Education from the University of Hertfordshire. In my spare time, I love listening to R&B music and dancing, and when we have a live singer in, I’m always the first to join in and enjoy dancing with the residents.

Stephen Hudson
Kitchen Assistant
Hello, my name is Stephen. I have worked in school catering for the past 2 and a half years, where I’ve enjoyed being part of a team and working with people each day. I’m now looking forward to bringing that same enthusiasm into the care environment, where everything from the first cup of tea in the morning to a favourite slice of cake in the afternoon plays an important role in daily life here at Lotus Manor.
In my spare time, I enjoy exploring new cycling routes, unwinding with a good book, and taking time to relax. What I look forward to most is helping residents feel at home by making mealtimes enjoyable and special.
