Activities at Magnolia Court Care Home
Our Activities Coordinators work as a team by involving staff and relatives in the activities sessions. They implement and plan activities tailored to residents' likes, dislikes, beliefs and life stories. Lots of people choose to place loved ones in Magnolia Court because of our reputation for hosting great activities all year long!
Tammie Comey
I joined Barchester in December 2019 as an Activities assistant and in February 2022 I became the Activities Lead at Magnolia Court Care Home. I am passionate about my role at Magnolia Court, I am a people person and nothing makes me happier than putting a smile on our Residents faces. It is a joy to work with such a great team, I am very happy to be a part of team Magnolia and look forward to meeting you soon!

Birthday Celebrations
Resident, Mr. Jinat, had a lovely birthday party; his family joined us on the day and everyone enjoyed the afternoon.
Employee of the Month - January
Congratulations to Admin Assistant, Anda Stiopu, who was named as January's Employee of the Month for being well-organised, attentive, polite and responsible.
A Special Guest
We were honoured to be joined by Graham Gouldman, member of the pop rock band, 10cc, who drew the raffle for us. Thank you, Graham, and we are just lucky to have his mum, Betty with us, who is the Resident Ambassador of Magnolia Court.
Gentlemen's Club
John, Bill, Mohamed and Jose enjoyed a dominoes session and a lovely cup of tea during our Gentlemen's Club.
Christmas Day at Magnolia
