Meet the Middletown Grange Care Home Team

Hello, my name is Jane, I'm the Deputy Manager here Middletown Grange and I've had the pleasure of working at here since 2018. Before joining this team I have been in care for many years and worked as both an RGN and Home Manager. 

My favourite part of the day is when I start my shift, just walking around the home and getting to see our fantastic residents brings me lots of joy.

In my spare time I enjoy gardening and reading.

Hi my name is Priya and im a registered nurse here at Middletown Grange. I have been with the team here since 2022 and love being able to make a difference to everyone's day. I support with all nursing elements of the home and always here to help the team and families with clinical support.

Hello, my name is Kavya and I am one of the Registered Nurses here at Middletown Grange Care Home. I absolutely adore my job, caring for our residents. I have many years’ worth of experience in the healthcare industry and could not think of a more rewarding job to do.

Hi my name is May and im one of the Registered Nurses here at Middletown Grange. I joined the team in 2024 and have loved being part of the community. I love the area and the village of Hailey and take great pride in being able to support the people we care for. I have a strong nursing background across healthcare so im pleased to be able to support the great team we have here.

Hi, I'm Doreen, I've worked at Middletown Grange since 2018 and absolutely love being a Team Leader, working for Barchester gives me the opportunity to train and progress further in an environment of care.

Reji our home administrator has over 11 years’ experience of working within the Care Industry. He's a fountain of knowledge and a true team player. A wonderful and charming member of our Middletown family.

Hi my name is Faye and I'm the Activity Co-Ordinator here at Middletown Grange. I joined the team this year, however have been providing activities within the care setting for over 7 years. It is truly a rewarding job, I strive to provide the best activities and life enrichment for our residents and ensure that what we do supports personal interests and hobbies of those we care for. I look forward to seeing you in our beautiful home.

I have been working in the catering industry for over 30 years and have been with Barchester since 2012. I am committed to providing delicious home-cooked food for residents, which we prepare in-house. I am also responsible for ensuring that residents' nutritional needs are met and that they enjoy everything they eat.

Hi my name is Miguel and im the Maintenance Manager here at Middletown Grange. I strive to keep the home environment up to the highest standard possible and to ensure that both residents and staff can enjoy their surroundings safely. 

Louise is our wonderful Head of Housekeeping at Middletown Grange, she's  known as ‘Grandma’ to all members of staff and has been with Barchester since 2004. Our housekeeping team are passionate about the cleanliness of our home and maintaining high standards. In her spare time, Louise enjoys quilt making and dog shows.

Hi my name is Julie and I'm the receptionist here at Middletown Grange. I thoroughly enjoy my job. The residents are just great. I love hearing all of their memories and sharing stories with them. I also feel lucky to work with a great team and support our wonderful familes and visitors that come to our home.

Hi, my name is Sakirat and I am a Care Assistant here at Middletown Grange. I have worked in care for over 2 years now and really love what I do. I primarily work on Memory Lane, taking care of our residents living with dementia which I am so passionate about. Our residents are the heart of our home and I take great pride in supporting them.

Hi my name Emma and I am a night care assistant here at Middletown Grange. I originally joined the home as part of the housekeeping team, but just love supporting and looking after our residents so wanted to step into a care role. I work as part of care team working night shifts, ensuring our residents remain safe and cared for throughout the night so although you may not always see me, im always around to help at night.

Hi my name is Leila and I work as part of the care team at Middletown Grange Care Home in Hailey. I have experience of working in dementia and elderly care for over 10 years and I love that I can make a difference to someone’s day no matter how big or small it may be. 

Simon has been part of the Middletown team since 2012, he has worked in many different areas of the home before finding his passion within the kitchen team, Simon is always happy to help.

Hi my name is Stephanie and I'm part of the housekeeping team here at Middletown Grange. I take great pride in my work, keeping our home clean for our residents. The best part about the job is getting to know our residents well, having great chats with them every day. I’m always happy to help.

Jo is our hairdresser at Middletown Grange and comes into the home every Wednesday to look after our residents. With a choice of options available to both men and women, Jo provides a fantastic service that everyone loves and looks forward to each week.
