Danielle Stapleton
Hi my name is Danielle and I am a Senior Carer
I have worked in community care for the last four years and have felt that I have made a real difference to the lives of people still living at home.
I feel that this is where my heart lies and as more of my clients were moving into care homes I wanted to continue to enrich lives with them.
To be able to support a vulnerable adult in keeping their dignity and offering kindness is paramount to the way I want to work every day.
I would like our residents to have fun and laughter and be cared for in their own individual way and I can’t wait to do that at Pinetree with a wonderful team.
Ellie Cairns
Hi my name is Ellie.
I began my Barchester journey in 2023 and I am so excited to have been appointed as the Home Services Advisor for Pine Tree Care Home.
I have worked in the care sector since 2020 and have truly found my vocation in life. All previous roles I have held have included delivering first class customer service.
Whether you are exploring the option of living in a care home temporarily or on a more permanent basis I will be very happy to help you or your loved ones navigate this often very difficult process.
My passion is to bring peace of mind to the residents and their families when making the move into care and ensuring they are happy and fulfilled during the next chapter of their lives.
I ask myself, how would I want my loved one cared for?
Barchester standards of care and companionship breathe life into everyday living with the wellbeing and individual needs of our residents being at the forefront of all of our minds.
I am privileged to be part of the team in this brand new home and I look forward to welcoming you for a chat, cup of tea and cake and a look around.
Leigh-Ann Miller
Hello, my name is Leigh-Ann Miller and I am the Administrator for Pinetree Care Home, welcome to our home!
I’ve spent years working as a Customer Service Executive in London before moving into the Insurance Industry. Then, I took a side step ten years ago and began working in the care industry. I have always been a ‘people person’ and I have to say I have never worked in a more rewarding industry, adding value to people’s lives, making moments matter and seconds count. I don’t feel that I’m stepping into a work place, I’m stepping into the home of my residents. And that is exactly how I want my residents to feel, that they are at home.
I’m so excited to be part of a team that is passionate about providing high quality care, and would welcome the opportunity to meet you, so please do pop in for a chat and a cuppa any time!
Clifford Hutson
Hi my name is Cliff. I am very much looking forward to cooking for you and your loved ones.
I have been a chef for 40 years and a head chef for the last 30 years. I have worked in other luxury environments including 5* hotels and award winning restaurants.
I understand the importance of food and its ability to create a wonderful relationship with its self and the diner, i want to ensure that every resident eats well in a way that is very personal to them,
I am excited to take on this amazing opportunity to cook for residents in a stunning environment using the best ingredients and delivering a memorable dining experience every day.
Steve Becks
Hi my name is Steve I’m the Head of Maintenance here at Pinetree.
I have been working in the maintenance industry for most of my working life, a family run locally based business specialising in property maintenance. In 2020 I decided to have a change in industry whilst still continuing to do what I enjoy. An opportunity arose for me to join an established care home environment and I jumped at the chance of learning new skills.
Working in such a rewarding environment has meant a lot to me and getting to know residents and their families is a highlight of my job role.
Understanding the running of the building along with person centred needs and being available to the residents and their requests means I can fully help the process of the move into care.
I am very approachable and will always listen to the needs of residents and their families to ensure that Pinetree is a home environment.
I am very excited about this next chapter and being part of the team to open Pinetree. Please do feel free to chat with me about all your maintenance queries, I’m always on hand to help
Lisa Bowers
Hi my name is Lisa and I am the Head Housekeeper here at Pinetree.
I have had lots of previous experience both in care and other professional companies in a carer and housekeeper role.
I love to ensure that residents and customers have the highest quality of service. It is very important to me that I am getting to know the residents and how they like things done.
I would like my experience in all areas of work that I have obtained over the years to be of significant value to the lifestyle of the residents at Pinetree and therefore a benefit to their surroundings.
I am a qualified florist and absolutely love gardening and growing vegetables and so I am also hoping to get stuck in to the wonderful garden at Pinetree and help to enrich the lives of our residents on a deeper level too.
I am incredibly excited about starting this adventure at Pinetree and will deliver a five star service within a 5 star environment working alongside a great team who all share the same values
Loretta Hubbard
Hi my name is Loretta
I am very excited about being part of the Pinetree team. I am in a privileged position to be able to offer two levels of service. You will find me at reception where I will be part of the team being your first port of call answering any questions you may have and also part of the care team looking after residents with whatever care needs they may have.
I have been a carer for the most part of my working life and it’s my passion. I love seeing how you can change someone’s life by giving them the care they need that is tailored to them specifically.
Interacting with residents, getting to know them on a personal level and understanding them is so incredibly important to me and I will always go the extra mile for them and their loved ones.
Please do feel free to stop me for a chat and a cup of tea.
Samantha Hampton
Hi, I’m Sam Hampton. I’ve been working in care since 2011, and I became a Senior Carer in 2012. Over the years, I’ve developed a deep passion for supporting the elderly and helping them regain their confidence and independence. For me, it’s all about providing the care and encouragement that allows people to feel like themselves again, no matter their circumstances.
I believe in creating a positive, lighthearted environment, and I’m always ready with a smile and a bit of humour to brighten the day for both my colleagues and the residents. Building strong, supportive relationships with those I care for is incredibly rewarding, and I’m proud to be part of a team that makes a real difference.
At the heart of it, I love knowing that I can help someone feel a little bit better, whether it’s through a friendly chat, a good laugh, or just a listening ear. It’s this sense of connection that keeps me motivated every day
