Activities at Pinetree Care Home

Activities are an integral part of life at our care home. We want to ensure that the people we support have as much fun as possible during their time with us, so it’s important that our activities programme is created with the interests of residents in mind. Our skilled Activities Coordinators will bring a certain uniqueness to the home that can’t be found anywhere else, and which is reflected in the activities they organise.

Local Church group visits Pinetree

We had the complete privilege to host Reverend Jackie Turner and some of her parishioners to Pinetree today.

We all enjoyed some tea and cake and our guests took a tour of our beautiful home. We talked about how our residents will live well and still be involved in the community.

We discussed some fun engagement plans and also how important their faith is to some of our residents.

We are thrilled you have all become friends of Pinetree and very much look forward to seeing you all again soon.

The new public footpath

We are so happy to share with you the new and improved public footpath next to Pinetree Care Home

It's made such a difference to the landscape and also to the safety of those using it.

Welcome to team Pinetree

Team Pinetree!!

What an amazing day its been here at Pinetree. Getting the whole team together for a team building day, sharing in the excitement of the impending opening of Pinetree, learning about each other and looking around the home.

We have an amazing team! and we cant wait to show them off.

Carers First Hub

Lovely first monthly Carers First Essex meeting today run by Claire Cude. Thank you all for visiting Pinetree, it was very special to have you.

This is an invaluable service offered to unpaid carers in Essex and they offer support, activities and a safe space for anyone caring for a friend or loved one.

We very much look forward to seeing you next month.

Excited for summer

Looking ahead to the summer months and the glorious days we are now being treated to, encourages us to think about the fun that can be had in our very own garden.

Our beautiful garden will be a great environment for our residents and families to sit in, relax and enjoy a variety of amazing outdoor activities.

In our outdoor space we will happily welcome entertainers, community members, families and friends, and organise specially selected activities, sessions and games as well as picnics, fetes and fun days.

With plenty of seating, raised beds to aid independent gardening and even a green house and potting shed for those extra enthusiasts there's not much we cant do.
