Activities at Ritson Lodge Care Home
Our home is always full of life, and we can thank our wonderful Activities Coordinators for this. Dedication to creating a unique and interesting activities programme is what sets us apart from other homes. We always take into consideration that some people would prefer to pursue their own interests, which is why our team strive to incorporative activities that cater to a wide range of tastes and hobbies. Our trips out are always fun and exciting as well, and residents are guaranteed to return with stories to tell their loved ones!

Life at Ritson Lodge Care Home
Fruit Tasting in the Sunshine
We enjoyed some sunshine out on the upstairs balcony while tasting lots of different types of fruits. The fruits were very refreshing!
Monthly Toddler Group
Its time again for our monthly visit from a local toddler group! Residents enjoyed joining the children by playing with different toys and a colourful parachute! If you are interested in bringing your toddler along to one of our upcoming dates, please contact Ritson Lodge for more information.
Helper Heroes at Ritson
At Ritson Lodge we encourage independence for those living with us - one of the ways that residents like to get involved in the running of the home is by helping with daily tasks. Here are some photos of one of our lovely residents helping to deliver the morning newspapers!
Stage School Spectacular!
Ritson Lodge recently welcomed in Faye Bedford Stage School to perform for the residents and friends of the home. The children were dressed spectacularly and performed brilliantly. All who attended enjoyed the show!
Easter Sun!
Our residents at Ritson Lodge spent some time in the sunshine over the Easter period! We enjoyed an Easter Egg Hunt in the garden as well as a live singer and some dancing!
Food Bank Donation
We are proud to say that Ritson Lodge care home's residents, relatives and staff are very generously donating to the Great Yarmouth food bank by partnering with Gorleston Baptist Church. Some of our residents took a trip to deliver our food and clothes donations to the church ready to go out into the community.
