Meet the Rose Water Place Care Home Team

Hi there! I am Krzysztof and I am the Deputy Manager at Rose Water Place.

I have been dedicated to providing compassionate care for over a decade. My journey in care began in 2012 as a Care Assistant, where I quickly developed a passion for making a positive impact on residents' lives.

I have previously work as a Senior Care Assistant and a Team Leader. In these roles, I focused on ensuring smooth operations, supporting care staff, and creating a safe, supportive environment for residents, especially those with dementia.

Now, I am excited to start a new chapter in my career as the Deputy Manager at Rose Water Place. In this role, I look forward to continuing my commitment to high-quality care and effective team management.

What drives me is a genuine desire to improve the lives of those I care for. I strive to foster a warm and positive atmosphere for both residents and staff, ensuring everyone feels valued and supported.

My name is Sam and I am the Home Services Advisor here at Rose Water Place.

I have worked in care homes as both Administration Manager, and Sales & Marketing since 2011.  Rose Water Place will be the 4th home I have had the privilege of being part of from the very beginning of the home’s journey and delighted to be part of the team.

From your initial enquiry, I am here to guide and support you through this journey, and to make this process as seamless and stress free as possible for you and your loved ones, and understand how emotional and difficult this choice may have been.

It’s a privilege to spend time listening to residents stories and finding out what is important to them and their families, and a pleasure to be able to work in their home and be part of making new memories.

I am excited to start building strong links with the communities, benefitting our residents, local community and businesses.

Hi.  My name is Hayley and I am the Administrator at Rose Water Place.

I have accumulated many years administration and finance experience in various roles and sectors.

As the Home Administrator I coordinate and facilitate all administration within the home for residents and staff from contracts and recruitment to finance and procurement.

I am here to help potential residents and families navigate their way around fees and funding and assist all in any way I can.    

My name is Suraj and I am the Head Chef at Rose Water Place.

I have always had a passion for cooking and creating new recipes. I studied hotel management in London and have worked in restaurants in Mayfair and Chelsea. I have previously completed Barchester's chef academy which helped me to further develop my skills.  

I love sports and spending time with my family.

Hi, my name is Hayley and I am the Head Housekeeper at Rose Water Place.

I have worked in care for 24 years and I am here to create a warm and homely surrounding as well as delivering high quality of care and support to the residents and their families.

My name is Aimee and I am one of the Senior Carers at Rose Water Place.

I have been working in social care for over 23 years and started working for Barchester in 2019 as a senior care assistant.  I gained a lot of knowledge and experience and progressed to train as a care practitioner, where I was able to put my skills and knowledge to use working along side Registered Nurses.

I decided to change roles as I wanted to gain more knowledge and learn another side of the business and became part of the administration team, where I progressed from admin assistant to administrator.  

This made me realise that my passion is caring for residents and interacting with them.  

I have now transferred to Rose Water Place to lead a team of care assistants to provide the best possible care.

My name is Gladys Dzowa and I am a Senior carer here at Rose Water Place.

Before becoming a Senior Carer I worked as a care assistant. I have managed to thrive and grow within Barchester. I am a self driven individual works to exceed expectations. I have worked in end of life care, helping residents on palliative care be as comfortable as possible in their last days of life.

I am looking forward to provide the best quality of care and also meet the individuals needs by giving person centred care.

My name is Loveness and I am a Care Assistant at Rose Water Place.

I am driven and energetic with strong interpersonal skills. I have experience with accurate reporting and effective communication skills. I have a wealth of experience working with multi disciplinary teams to respond to needs of vulnerable people. I am eager to contribute to team success through hard work attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.  I  am motivated to learn, grow and excel in the field of care and providing excellent support services.

My name is Remee and I am a Care Assistant at Rose Water Place.

I have previously look after children in a nursery but caring for the elderly and vulnerable has always been something that I have been interested in and I am passionate about health and social care.

I am good with people and have a friendly approach and caring attitude which is important when looking after our residents and will help me progress further with my career.

I am a free-spirited individual, embracing the joys of motherhood.  I delight in various activities, including travelling, reading devotional books and constantly elevating myself to become a better version.

As a care assistant, I bring this same spirit of growth and nurturing to my role.  Embracing the joys of motherhood has taught me the importance of passion and constant self-improvement.  Just as I strive to elevate myself, I am dedicated to uplifting those I care for.  Providing the residents with the support and encouragement they need to thrive.  I find immense fulfilment in caring for others and fostering open communication, ensuring that each individual feels valued and understood.

I have a passion for caring for the elderly.  With almost 2 years of experience in the care industry, I have developed a strong set of skills and a track record of success.  Having passion to help and care for the elderly pushed me to work in the care sector.  Giving dignity to the elderly, the best of their lving to end of life, to respect and show them love.
