"My brother has been a resident in Rose Water Place for a month. He has settled well and all staff are dealing with him in a kind and sensitive manner. There is a clear understanding of him and his needs. The group activity is varied and my brother is participating more than I expected. Thank you all."

"My Aunt came to the home at the end of June after being elsewhere for five months. I cannot speak too highly of the home itself and the staff who have had all the patience needed to settle my Aunt in and make her feel that she is now at her permanent home. The change in her over the four weeks since being here has been amazing. She talks to everyone, is walking around, socialising, is now eating and is no longer sitting in her room all day by herself as she was in her original care home. My Aunt is now very settled and therefore we as a family are as well."

"We have been overwhelmed by the kindness, support and care given to my aunt and our family by all the staff. Rose Water Place is a homely environment where all the staff make us feel welcome. The food and presentation are of a very high standard with a beautiful dining room. The amazing positive change in my aunt in the short time she has been there is such a comfort to us. The staff are always so friendly and have time to chat. The cake chef makes everyday for the cafe is something we look forward to and having this family time in a beautiful environment. We cannot thank the staff enough for making this move as smooth as it could be. We had Sunday lunch in the private dining room where we were spoilt with the quality of food and the chef and kitchen assistant were so kind. Thank you for your care and support we are very grateful."

"My dad has been at Barchester Rose Water Place since mid-June and he absolutely loves it there. They have so many activities each week which keeps him busy and no day is the same. The food at Rose Water Place is amazing and a good choice each day! The carers at Rose Water Place go above and beyond to make sure my dad and other residents are getting the support they each individually need. The whole team and Rose Water Place are all so kind and welcoming, I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for their loved ones."

"My husband was well looked after during his respite care, his room was spacious and very clean. The carers were very caring and attentive. The food provided was varied and looked delicious. They were interested in what interests the residents had and tried to incorporate some of those interests. I have booked my husband in for another respite break in October."
