Care and facilities at Rothsay Grange Care Home

Rothsay Grange is a purpose-built home located near Andover. Our bedrooms have the option for Sky TV, Telephone point and Wi-Fi. All bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom. We encourage our residents and family to personalise their room to gain the homely feel. We have an on-site hairdressing salon with a visiting hairdresser who has been coming to the home for several years along with a Chiropodist and a Music Therapist who make regular visits. We are very privileged to have spacious landscaped gardens where residents and family can enjoy the outdoor space. Rothsay Grange offer bespoke nursing care to adults of all ages in a welcoming environment. In our separate Memory Lane community, we provide expert care for people living with dementia and their families. You will always receive a warm welcome from any member of staff from the moment you step into our home.

We are now using handheld digital technology called 'Enable' internally to develop, update and manage our care and life enrichment documentation for residents. We work with one of the UK’s major digital care home documentation providers and have a bespoke platform to manage documentation digitally which aligns with our wish to deliver the highest quality individual care and life enrichment. You will see our team members using hand-held devices as the care plans and life enrichment preferences will be accessed via the device on an App. This will mean that it may look like our teams are using their mobile telephones, rest assured this is not the case and all technology used in the home is there to support our residents and relatives. There are so many benefits in moving to using digital technology to care for our residents, and for the staff working at the home including improving communication and collaboration between teams, increasing accuracy of care intervention recording and becoming more environmentally friendly.
