Hello, my name is Mathews and I’m the non-clinical deputy manager at Wingfield.

I joined Wingfield in 2023. I have got a masters degree in marketing management from university of Greenwich. I’m currently completing NVQ3 in health and social care. I really enjoy the connection I have built with our residents and I’m passionate about patient care. I like to help and enjoy making a difference to our residents lives. 

Hello, my name is Mobin and  I’m the Clinical Deputy Manager here at The Wingfield and The Lodge Care Home.  I’m really passionate about providing high quality care and I hope to use the skills I have learned over the years, to provide excellent care and nursing to all our residents here.

Hello, my name is Lavinia and I am the Head of The Lodge Community here at The Wingfield.  I trained as a nurse in Romania and moved to the UK nine years ago, initially I was a nurse at a care home in Devon, and then joined The Wingfield seven years ago.  I have worked as a nurse in all the communities here, I was promoted to the Head of our Memory Lane Community and now I am enjoying my role as Head of Community in our separate building The Lodge. 

I love working with our wonderful residents, listening to their life stories and being part of their lives.  My role as Head of Community means I am able to spend time with all our residents.

Hello, my name is Pat, I’ve worked in the care sector for over 20 years starting with Barchester in 2021.  I look after the finance and administration of the home.  My door is always open and I am happy to help with any queries you may have.

Hello, my name is Tracey, I have been working for Barchester now for over 3 years, originally the Head of Housekeeping, I was very hands on alongside the maintenance team.  When I was approached by the manager to be the Head of Maintenance I jumped at the chance.   I am here with the team to make the home a safe and well maintained place to live, work and visit.
