New Build Care Homes

While many companies and industries have suffered in the financial climate of recent years, Barchester Healthcare has grown stronger. In fact, over the last few years we have built many new homes to meet the growing demand for our high-quality services.

Growth and Expansion

Since 2019, we have built and opened 17 new state-of-the-art developments across the country. This sees a large number of new top-quality bedrooms to our capacity. It has also provided many jobs for communities across the UK. Barchester is committed to the delivery of high quality, person-centred care services in superior care environments, and we will be delivering an industrious programme of new builds over the coming years. The programme is one of the largest in the sector and will use a cutting edge design approach to deliver schemes which offer “best in class” accommodation and care, whilst maintaining good cost control.
