Bed linens and towels are included for all of our residents whether respite or permanent. Telephones and televisions do not come as standard and toiletries are not usually provided, please enquire at the home.
No but we can try and accommodate on exception where necessary.
All of our homes are set up for residents to make friends and socialise both in large and small groups.
Many of our homes have en-suite bathrooms but this is not always the case. Please ask for more details on enquiry.
Often we have a secure safe in a private office if a resident would like extra security for certain items. Residents can also purchase their own personal safes for their rooms if they would prefer. Although, we advise that residents do not bring items of significant value to the home as unfortunately we cannot be responsible for their loss. Any items brought to the home should be insured separately by the resident.
We want each person to feel at home, and our maintenance team can help arrange the bedroom of our new resident with their preferred furniture. Any electrical equipment will need to be tested prior to being used and furniture must pass our fire safety regulation guidelines.
We do have a designated quiet rooms in most of our homes.
There are friendly faces around our homes all of the time. All the buildings are secure with safety doors, and an alarm in each room if a resident needs help.
