Activities at Juniper House Care Home

Activities are the cornerstone of a wholesome home experience and our Activities Coordinators are always putting their creative minds to the test by organising new and exciting social events for residents to partake in. Of course, we take into account the likes and dislikes of those we support, so if someone doesn’t feel like trying something new, there will always be something on offer to reflect their personal interests. For the people who may just prefer some peace and quiet instead, we also offer one-to-one time that can be enjoyed with a nice cup of coffee or just a simple chat – whatever they desire.

Life at Juniper House Care Home

Christmas Carols

The local children from Beechborough School came to visit Juniper along with their head teacher to entertain the residents with Christmas carols.

Family Visit

Saturdays are always full of families visiting us here at Juniper and 3 generations from the Drewitt's family helped out with a creative session getting ready for Christmas.

Brackley Choir

Every Thursday Juniper House joins the Dementia friendly Brackley Choir event, held at our local school Winchester House, where we are getting ready for Christmas with carols and tunes.

Halloween Celebrations

Juniper celebrated Halloween by holding a party and throwing open our doors to the local community. Creative Mojo supplied the Halloween arts and crafts, while local vocalist, Floss, beautifully entertained guests, followed by fireworks and lots of trick or treaters joining in with the fun.

Soon to be 100!
