Activities at Meadow Park Care Home
Activities are the cornerstone of a wholesome home experience and our Activities Coordinators are always putting their creative minds to the test by organising new and exciting social events for residents to partake in. Of course, we take into account the likes and dislikes of those we support, so if someone doesn’t feel like trying something new, there will always be something on offer to reflect their personal interests. For the people who may just prefer some peace and quiet instead, we also offer one-to-one time that can be enjoyed with a nice cup of coffee or just a simple chat – whatever they desire.

Life at Meadow Park Care Home
Virtual sing-a-long!
Our homes had a fantastic time with vocal coach Mark De-Lisser as he led an amazing virtual singing session for our residents to enjoy.
Our residents were able to learn different techniques as they sang the famous ‘I’m a Believer’ by The Monkees.
There were smiles and laugher all around. The session was such a success and was great for the mind, body and soul.
Carers week
To celebrate carers week this June, Meadow Park would like to thank all our carers for their hard work and dedication to their roles by showing them just how much we appreciate them. All our carers work with respect, integrity, responsibility, empowerment and passion every day and we are proud to have them as part of our team. Thank you!
Father's Day
To celebrate Father’s Day this June we have treated all the gentlemen at our home to a super supper. Our staff went above and beyond to make the day a one to remember and it was great to see all our gentlemen coming together to enjoy their very special day.
First Woman MP
Our homes had a fantastic time joining National Trust Talks Service team at Cliveden House for an inspirational talk on Nancy Astor – the first woman to take a seat in the House of Commons.
Our residents had the opportunity to learn more about the fascinating life of Nancy and her political career. As the first women MP, she experienced both attention and scandal throughout her life, which led to many triumphs and numerous disasters. The talk was truly enjoyed by all.
Celebrating carers week
Happy Carers Week! We would like to take this great opportunity to recognise and thank our wonderful carers here at the home.
We are proud of each and every one of our care team for the outstanding care that they provide to our residents every single day. They always go above and beyond their role and for this we are truly grateful.
Jubilee celebrations
Residents and staff at our home have enjoyed coming together to celebrate The Queens Platinum Jubilee to mark 70 years of her service. Our home hosted an outdoor concert with singer entertainer Mark McCann joining us for some brilliant live vocals whilst everyone showed off their best moves to celebrate the day.
