Activities at Park View Care Home

Our home is always full of life, and we can thank our wonderful Activities Coordinators for this. Dedication to creating a unique and interesting activities programme is what sets us apart from other homes. We always take into consideration that some people would prefer to pursue their own interests, which is why our team strive to incorporative activities that cater to a wide range of tastes and hobbies. Our trips out are always fun and exciting as well, and residents are guaranteed to return with stories to tell their loved ones!

Promoting our home in the community

The general manager and her team at Park view care home held a stall at barking and Dagenham football ground to promote our home we had leaflets cakes and some goodies bags. We handed out lots of information packs and it went really well.

This was a whole day event and in the afternoon we was luckily enough to have some of our residents walk the flags around the grounds welcoming out the players. Big thank you to barking and Dagenham football ground for this opportunity and the free  tickets that's we was given. It was an amazing experience for our residents especially the ones that love football.

Pet Therapy at Park View

Today we had Pet therapy. Our residents love pets in our home and today we had birds! All 108 residents got to witness seeing them as we were able to go around in each individual's room. The birds were happy to sit on resident's arms, or even run around the beds.

The smile the resident's faces lit up the room!
