Activities at Prestbury Beaumont Care Community
Our home is always full of life, and we can thank our wonderful Activities Coordinators for this. Dedication to creating a unique and interesting activities programme is what sets us apart from other homes. We always take into consideration that some people would prefer to pursue their own interests, which is why our team strive to incorporative activities that cater to a wide range of tastes and hobbies. Our trips out are always fun and exciting as well, and residents are guaranteed to return with stories to tell their loved ones!

Life at Prestbury Beaumont Care Community
Easter at Prestbury
We spent a pleasant hour painting our own Easter eggs. Residents were given templates to follow and the eggs turned out great.
Feeding the Ducks
Residents took a trip to a local beauty spot to feed the ducks and geese. We all had an ice cream and enjoyed the peace and tranquillity. Trips out are a regular occurence here at Prestbury Beaumont, with at least two outings a week.
Resident Ambassador
Our new Resident Ambassador is Wendy Smith. Wendy has lived at Prestbury Beaumont for several years and is well known in Prestbury Village for her work with the local church and various social groups. She will be on hand to promote the benefits of living in our community.
Up Close with an Owl
This beautiful barn owl got to meet one resident up close. Brought to Prestbury by a local bird sanctuary, the owls toured the home saying hello to everyone. The owls were very well behaved and were happy to pose for photographs, as you can see.
City's Biggest Fan
Whilst we were on a minibus outing to Manchester's city centre, we took one of Manchester's City's biggest fans to their home ground. As you can see, it went down well. It was a surprise visit, so all the more fun.
Comic Relief
General Manager, Sarah Lydon, and resident, Nicolina, enjoyed the sunshine on Red Nose Day whilst sporting the new look noses.
