Meet the Reigate Beaumont Care Home Team
Our wonderful team comprises nurses, carers, activities coordinators, chefs, housekeepers and more. These people are here to ensure that residents enjoy their time at the home and are supported to live life to the fullest. Meet some of our staff below:
Pramojil Kurian
Hi, my name is Pramojil and I am the Senior General Manager. Welcome to our website!
I have been the General Manager of Reigate Beaumont Nursing Home since 2014. I am a Qualified Nurse and have since been promoted to the position of Senior General Manager. I am committed to ensuring the residents receive the very highest standard of nursing and care, and I am passionate about developing and leading my team in a way in which they are empowered to use their skills and knowledge for the wellbeing of those we support. We consistently receive positive feedback from our residents, relatives and other visitors for the great care, food and other facilities we provide. We have stunning grounds which we are able to use for the benefit of the residents and the local community. I was proud to be recognised as the General Manager of the Year for Barchester's South Division, also receiving the award for Team of the year, Garden, Chef of the Year, and many staff members also being recognised for their outstanding contribution to the home.
This is an award winning home and I am proud to induct new Barchester General Managers to showcase our home and standards.
Please call us and we will be more happy to arrange a visit and show you around our beautiful home.
Mae Hope Babas
Hi I am Mae Hope, I am the Deputy Manager of Reigate Beaumont. I started my career in Barchester as a Health Care Assistant in 2010 and after earning my nursing qualification I worked as a staff nurse, moving on to Senior Nurse, Clinical lead and now Deputy Manager. I am passionate about empowering residents to live their best lives. I enjoy working with the Reigate Beaumont Team, the residents’ families and the community to make this all possible.

Karyn Borngräber
Each resident is unique and as an Activity Coordinator, I aim to create meaningful activities whereby residents can feel at home. From quizzes to games, stretch classes to flower arranging, reminiscing to enjoying our beautiful gardens. From musicians to Namaste sessions, outings, intergenerational and community involvement – a balanced activity program of body, mind and soul allows each resident to feel as if they have purpose and meaning in their lives. As well as sitting and having meaningful one to one engaged conversation or holding your loved ones hand – can allow a resident to feel that Reigate Beaumont is their home. With a background as a Healthcare Assistant, we are taught to provide person centred care. This has helped me to provide person centred activities.
Roman Rybakowski
I have been part of the team at Reigate Beaumont since 2005. As Head Chef, my role is to produce a fresh, nutritious and well-balanced menu suited to the needs of each resident. I ensure that the team and I maintain the highest standards and provide a first class dining experience. I enjoy chatting to residents and their visitors and ensuring that they enjoy the food I have prepared. I am particularly proud to be the winner of the 2016 Barchester Chef of the Year Award in the South East Division. Outside of work, I am a keen cyclist and also enjoy going to the cinema and cooking, of course.
