Activities at Snowdrop Place Care Home
Activities are an integral part of life at our care home. We want to ensure that the people we support have as much fun as possible during their time with us, so it’s important that our activities programme is created with the interests of residents in mind. Our skilled Activities Coordinators bring a certain uniqueness to the home that can’t be found anywhere else, and which is reflected in the activities they organise.

As part of our bespoke life-enrichment programmes, we host a number of live virtual events in the home on a regular basis through a number of partnerships with places of interest and world class performance companies

Getting Crafty
A rainy afternoon bought out some much loved arts and crafts. The residents at Snowdrop Place showed their skills as they made decorations for their upcoming community BBQ afternoon.
Face time Fun
Staying connected with friends and family both near and far is so important to everyone. Here at Snowdrop we make sure that all our residents have access to hand held tablets that way they can chat to anyone at any time of day or night.
Flower delivery
Our local community are always so supportive. Today we received a delivery from a local resident bringing these beautiful sunflowers. We have placed a small bunches all around the home for everyone to enjoy. They will be brightening up rooms for days to come.
The Queens Platinum Jubilee
We had the best time celebrating the Queen's Jubilee here at Snowdrop Place. The residents enjoyed music, a quiz and of course high tea and Pimm's!
Snowdrop's 1st Anniversary!
We were very excited for our 1 year anniversary at Snowdrop place and we celebrated in style, with music, fizz, food and a visit from the Mayor of Eastleigh.
Snowdrop's First Easter!
We had so much fun celebrating our very first Easter at Snowdrop Place. The residents took part in an Easter Egg hunt and they thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
