Activities at Snowdrop Place Care Home
Activities are an integral part of life at our care home. We want to ensure that the people we support have as much fun as possible during their time with us, so it’s important that our activities programme is created with the interests of residents in mind. Our skilled Activities Coordinators bring a certain uniqueness to the home that can’t be found anywhere else, and which is reflected in the activities they organise.

Macmillan coffee morning
What a wonderful time residents, families and friends had at our Macmillan Coffee morning this year. Thankyou to all who helped out and supported us. Wonderful cakes, chats and community spirit. Thank you to Deer Park School for your amazing support.
Eric, the Therapy dog visits
Residents all look forward to Thursdays when Eric , the Therapy Dog, drops in to say a big 'waggy happy' Hello to everyone. Isn't he just adorable?
Getting Crafty
A rainy afternoon bought out some much loved arts and crafts. The residents at Snowdrop Place showed their skills as they made decorations for their upcoming community BBQ afternoon.
Face time Fun
Staying connected with friends and family both near and far is so important to everyone. Here at Snowdrop we make sure that all our residents have access to hand held tablets that way they can chat to anyone at any time of day or night.
Flower delivery
Our local community are always so supportive. Today we received a delivery from a local resident bringing these beautiful sunflowers. We have placed a small bunches all around the home for everyone to enjoy. They will be brightening up rooms for days to come.

Roses & Reminisce Gardening Group
Come and join our fortnightly Tuesday Roses & Reminisce Garden Club is for our Memory Lane residents also open to the local community living with Dementia and their carers.
