Activities at White Lodge Care Home
Our Activities Coordinators here at White Lodge enjoy the fulfillment of helping residents feel important and a part of something. Meaningful moments are created through laughter and comfort. A varied activities programme is offered for the betterment of residents' bodies and minds, including music for health, 'Oomph' sessions and chair Zumba, in addition to coffee and cake groups that all inevitably lead to giggles and old fashioned singalongs. Also, we organise parties, trips out, walks in the country, bus outings and wonderful entertainers to visit our home. A sneaky tipple is always welcomed with cheese and crackers and, at the end of the day, it is important to go home knowing our activities have made a difference.

As part of our bespoke life-enrichment programmes, we host a number of live virtual events in the home on a regular basis through a number of partnerships with places of interest and world class performance companies
Life at White Lodge Care Home
Afternoon Get Together
The residents from White Lodge recently enjoyed a get together where they got the chance to snack on their favourite hot cross buns with tea and coffee!
Pancake Making
The residents at White Lodge enjoyed making pancakes with all their favourite toppings. Delicious, to say the least!
Games and Puzzles!
The residents from White Lodge have recently enjoyed a day of gaming and puzzles! It gave the residents a great opportunity to have a good old catch up with one and other and get their brains thinking!
Manicure Morning
The residents from White Lodge enjoyed a morning of Manicures recently, allowing them to fully relax! Its a tough life!
Music for Health
The residents at White Lodge enjoyed their afternoon of Music for Health and got involed with singing and dancing along!
Arts and Crafts Morning
The residents from White Lodge always enjoy their arts and crafts mornings to show off their artistic side and have a good old chit chat!
Upcoming events
Farm Day
Good Day Farm will be visiting the home with their farmyard animals on Monday 20th May. We will have sheep, goats, pigs and even alpacas! Everyone is welcome to join us
White Lodge Garden Party
Join us for our Garden Party on Sunday 26th May where we will have live performance by the Swindon Brass Band. Spaces are limited so please contact us to book tickets.
Fabulous 50's Fete
Shake, Rattle & Roll to Hethersett Hall for a 1950s celebration at our annual summer fete on Friday 26th July 2-4pm. Classic Cars, Buffet, Concert and Dress Up all happening!
Pudding Club
Join us for our brand new event 'Pudding Club' hosted by Jenny. Indulge in delicious delights together every 3rd Wednesday of the month.
