Our wonderful team comprises carers, activities coordinators, chefs, housekeepers and more. These people are here to ensure that residents enjoy their time at the home and are supported to live life to the fullest. Meet some of our staff below:
Antoinette Roberts
Hello, my name is Antoinette and I am the General Manager at Wilton Place, Welcome to our website.
I have been managing in luxury care homes now for over 12 years and I am passionate about delivering fantastic care, within beautiful environments. I have 25 years of management experience in the care sector.
Here at Wilton Place, our residents are able to access a full suite of life enriching activities as well as continuing their lives as part of the wider community in Wilton.
I look forward to welcoming you to our home, to come and see everything that we have to offer and to enjoy a slice of homemade cake (or two) over a cup of tea with me and my team.
Emma Cole
I have worked with luxury care providers for the last 14 years and started my career as a Care Assistant, with my most recent role as Dementia Care Manager before becoming a Deputy Manager. I am proud of my NVQ 5 in leadership qualification, which shows my dedication to my role. My passion has always been working with those living with dementia and all the rewards this brings. The residents here are my biggest priority and I want them to be able to live a happy, safe, comfortable and fun life here at Wilton Place.
I work alongside the team to share experiences and knowledge and strive to be a reassuring presence to our residents, their families and our staff.
Emma Sykes-Ellis
As Wilton Place's Home Admissions Advisor, my role is to work alongside the home’s exceptional management team to support potential residents and their families when considering care in our home.
I’m here to answer all your questions and support you through your decision to seek the perfect home, that offers bespoke care, companionship, security and life enriching experiences whilst enabling the retention of independence and individuality.
I aim to make your journey as easy, stress free and comfortable as possible.
My career has spanned various sectors, all based around caring for people. I embrace the opportunity to be part of the team that works hard to deliver warm and compassionate care in a luxurious setting where residents thrive and enjoy life.
Rebecca Parker
I have worked in the private healthcare sector for 13 years. I am the go to for all things admin related at Wilton Place and as such, I've built firm relationships with our residents and their families.
I look forward to welcoming you to our home.
Fiona Long
Fiona who is originally from the West Midlands but has lived in Wilton for nearly 9 years is married with 2 grown-up children and has a rescue cat called Floyd!
Fiona started work as a scientist and then trained as a primary school teacher spending over 20 years in education.
In her spare time, she enjoys reading, cooking, quizzing, gardening and travelling. Fiona said "I am looking forward to using my skills and experience to enhance the lives of our wonderful residents"
Hayley Dibden
Hello, I've worked for Barchester for 17 years and in the care industry for 29. My passion is baking. This year I was proud to be invited to be involved in the Barchester 'Chefs Academy' which is an initiative where chefs can share ideas, learn new skills and therefore strive for excellence in catering for our residents across the country.
Wilton Place is a new challenge for me, it's a beautiful new home with a great team and I am looking forward to getting to know all of the residents and cooking their favourite meals.
Colin Cooper
Being part of the Wilton Place team is great, everyone is so friendly and kind.
I've previously worked as a Maintenance Supervisor in a senior school and enjoyed seeing the young people achieving and progressing.
It's rewarding to maintain this beautiful home for our residents who deserve the very best, they are welcoming and amiable and a joy to engage with each day.
Carly Mitton

I’m Head of Housekeeping here at Wilton place. I have a wealth of housekeeping knowledge of 14 + years on the industry. I enjoy engaging with the residents and learning about their lives whilst attending to their housekeeping needs.I'm proud of our beautiful home and enjoy keeping it fresh, cosy and inviting for all our residents and their visitors.
Abi Edwards
I have worked in customer facing roles for the last 16 years and enjoyed the interaction that working with the public brings.
I’m grateful for the opportunity to engage with the Wilton Place residents and their families, it’s so rewarding to see them thriving and happy, they are lovely and would put a smile on anyone’s face. The staff are very friendly and helpful which makes Wilton Place such a great environment to work in.

Shauna Holden
As a Care Assistant and Admin Assistant I love building personal bonds with our lovely residents and their families as well, and greeting our visitors with a warm welcoming smile.
Working in two areas of the home has allowed me to expand my knowledge and gain new experiences. It’s great to be part of the Care team and the Admin team. No two days are the same for me at Wilton place.
In my spare time I enjoy volunteering at the stables, I help at the local Riding for the Disabled at the Pembroke Centre in Wilton. I help care for the horses and support the riders.

Gary Patrick
I have been working in the care industry for 15 years.
My background is Neuro rehabilitation, caring for patients with traumatic brain injuries and neurological conditions. However in the last 10 years I have found myself working in dementia care.
Each day is filled with laughter and heart-warming experiences, not one day is the same. I consider myself lucky, not everyone can say they enjoy their job but I find working within dementia care is an enjoyable career.
Jas Taylor
Jas is one of our Senior Carers.
She has worked in the care industry for 8 years.
She joined the Wilton Place family in 2023 and is one of our Dementia Champions.
She bought with her experience in specialist dementia care and a passion for exceptional, compassionate care for our residents.
She takes pride in supporting us to recognise the unique needs and challenges each resident faces, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.
Jas also supports resident's families, she is a friendly and approachable team member.
Grace Ruddle
I have eight years of experience and expertise in the care industry, I am qualified to NVQ 3 level and am passionate about the bespoke, person centred care I deliver as part of the Wilton Place team.
I am positive and solution focussed and try to be a calm, warm and welcoming presence in our home, I support residents, families and staff alike.
Tina Blanchard
Tina is part of our Hostess team. Her career in the care industry spans 30 years and she has worn many hats throughout that time. She began as a Carer, progressing to Senior Carer and now enjoys her role as Hostess here at Wilton Place. Tina delights in her daily interactions with residents and looks forward to coming to work each day. She is often the first person a resident sees in the morning as knocks the door with their morning cup of tea and a cheery greeting.
Tina ensures residents enjoy a luxury dining experience at every meal time and enjoy delicious beverages and cakes in our Bistro throughout the day.
Tash Daley
I am a care assistant here at Wilton Place. I have worked in the care industry for 17 years. I am passionate about my role and enjoy getting to know our residents and their families. Being a member of the team is such a positive experience, everyone is always smiling and happy to help.
Nicky Morgan
Wilton Place is a beautiful home and the team is lovely but most of all, the residents thrive and receive quality person centred care and I'm proud to be one of the team that delivers this experience.
I am one of the Dementia Champions for the home. I am passionate about resident inclusion, enabling our residents to feel independent and purposeful.
I am also part of the Activities team. We seek opportunities to ensure enrichment and fulfilment for our residents and encourage them to continue with their hobbies and interests and also discover new ones.
Richard Amey
Richard has worked in the catering industry for 40 years. He enjoys taking the time to get to know each resident and their culinary wishes. His greatest reward is presenting residents with bespoke dishes and menus and takes great delight in seeing them enjoy not only the dishes he creates, but the entire dining experience.
Berenice Marsh
Berenice loves getting to know the residents and hearing all about their families whilst attending to their housekeeping needs. She is a welcome smiling face each morning.
She previously worked as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school and enjoys welcoming her grandchildren into the home when they come along with their school to visit our residents.
