Activities at Chorleywood Beaumont Care Home

Our Activities Coordinators are constantly striving to mentally and physically stimulate those we support by organising group and individual activities for anyone and everyone to participate in. There are regular weekly outings in the minibus to nearby places of interest including the local theatre and Cathedral's as well as visits from PAT dogs, visiting zoos, musicians and entertainers. We also host evenings such as our Pizza & Quiz Night that we encourage relatives to come to. Activities are one of the most important aspects of a care home, so it is essential that our team are dedicated to ensuring that residents are entertained, and that life at Chorleywood Beaumont Care Community is fun and active.

It was a difficult time for our residents, but families came to wave at their mothers through the window and wished them a happy Mother's Day.

St Patrick's Day

Callum the head chef dressed up as a leprechaun, serving residents with Irish coffee and homemade cakes.

Valentine's Day

Carers showed their love to our residents by giving each a rose to celebrate Valentine’s Day.

We enjoyed a community art class with Heidi. Residents loved doing some group painting and seeing the finished products.
