Activities at Latimer Court Care Home
Here at Latimer Court, we have a varied social programme that includes themed events once a month, painting classes, day trips out, exercise classes and arts & crafts, to name but a few. We strive to tailor our activities to suit everyone's needs, and update our notice boards weekly so that all families and visitors can see what their loved ones have been up to. Activities and Events Partnerships
As part of our bespoke life-enrichment programmes, we host a number of live virtual events in the home on a regular basis through a number of partnerships with places of interest and world class performance companies
Life at Latimer Court Care Home
Seize the Clay
Our pottery sessions are producing some lovely pieces that we display in reception area. Most recently, we decorated the owls that were made in the previous sessions.
Jungle Jiggle
Jungle Jiggle brings lots of children into the home and residents love interacting with them!
Cuddle Bunny
Animal Mania always provide residents with the opportunity to have a cuddle with bunnies and guinea pigs.
Man's Best Friend
PAT dogs Ziggy & Zebedee, along with Pippa, their owner, are now part of our family. The residents love seeing them!
St David's Day Preparations
We have been colouring bunting ready for St David’s Day!
Garden Centre Visit
As it was a beautiful, sunny spring day, we decided to take a trip to our local garden centre to start getting some spring flowers to brighten our patios. The residents enjoyed looking at all the daffodils and other plants and flowers. We then enjoyed a cup of tea and some enormous slices of cake before we made our way back.
