Activities at Latimer Court Care Home
Here at Latimer Court, we have a varied social programme that includes themed events once a month, painting classes, day trips out, exercise classes and arts & crafts, to name but a few. We strive to tailor our activities to suit everyone's needs, and update our notice boards weekly so that all families and visitors can see what their loved ones have been up to. Our aim is to make sure that those we support can enjoy a happy and fulfilled stay with us. You can take a look at some of our regular activities by clicking here.

Life at Latimer Court Care Home
Musical Visit
We recently enjoyed a musical visit from Debbie Miles. The residents absolutely love Debbie and enjoy using all her props and singing along.
Omivista Mobii Projection System
The Omivista Mobii Projection System creates dynamic images on the floor that respond to any movement over the surface. It is powered by EyeClick and provides fun, exciting and engaging sensory experiences.
We are hoping to get a system for Latimer soon!
Knitty Gritty
The Knit & Natter group on Mondays is becoming really popular. The sherry usually comes out and the residents have a great time. Everyone is welcome, so if you would like to come along, just give us a call here at Latimer Court.
Crock Around the Clock
Residents enjoyed making owls in our most recent pottery session. These will be fired and then returned for painting. They will then go off for a coat of varnish before they fly back to Latimer.
Drumming Up Wellness
We have taken a new approach towards engaging residents living with dementia by organising an African drumming workshop run by In2Cultures.
The interactive sessions have been specially developed for people living with dementia. The creative art has been proven to enhance well-being, allowing individuals to express themselves more easily.
On the day of the visit, residents were able to enjoy singing along to the musical rhythms of familiar songs and had fun creating their own music.
Christmas Tunes
We enjoyed a great Christmas performance from the Worcester Ukulele Club. Residents particularly loved singing along to the festive tunes.
