Activities at Latimer Court Care Home
Here at Latimer Court, we have a varied social programme that includes themed events once a month, painting classes, day trips out, exercise classes and arts & crafts, to name but a few. We strive to tailor our activities to suit everyone's needs, and update our notice boards weekly so that all families and visitors can see what their loved ones have been up to. Our aim is to make sure that those we support can enjoy a happy and fulfilled stay with us. You can take a look at some of our regular activities by clicking here.

Life at Latimer Court Care Home
Garden Centre Visit
Residents enjoyed a trip to a local garden centre to see all the beautiful summer plants and a mooch around the gift shop. This was, of course, followed by a coffee in the coffee shop!
The Skills Network
We had a visit from The Skills Network ladies, who always come to us with fantastic craft ideas. During their most recent visit, we made a beautiful button canvas of a tree to display in the home.
Countryside Centre
Residents enjoyed a minibus trip to the Countryside Centre for a little ride out and a delicious coffee and flapjacks.
Gardening Club
The Gardening Club is in full swing now that the weather has been on our side. Hazel is the queen of the hanging baskets; her displays are coming into bloom, much to the delight of us all. She attends to them each and every day.
Evesham Garden Centre
Residents enjoyed a minibus trip out to Evesham Garden Centre to have a look at all the beautiful summer flowers and to have a little browse in the shop. This was followed by a well-earned tea and a toasted tea cake. They had a wonderful time and were chatting about their adventure over lunch when they got back.
Royal Wedding Celebrations
On Saturday 19th May, we held a street party to celebrate the royal wedding. After watching the beautiful ceremony on TV, everyone gathered into our garden and enjoyed music by Debbie Miles. There was lots of laughter and games and the Pimm's was flowing. We were blessed with beautiful weather and everyone enjoyed the day.
